Goditi la vista del tramonto ogni notte da questo condominio 1br 1ba splendidamente aggiornato a pochi passi dal villaggio di Kailua-Kona. Kona Reef C13 è il tuo paradiso privato con splendide viste sull'oceano direttamente da una cartolina. Goditi la cucina rinnovata per preparare i tuoi pasti gourmet, rilassati nella brezza dell'oceano sul lanai o dormi sul materasso Tempurpedic.

WiFi ad alta velocità, schermo piatto HD con centinaia di canali tra cui Showtime, lettore Blu-ray abilitato per Internet con accesso a Netflix e altri servizi di streaming e aria condizionata.

Comodo letto Tempurpedic queen size su cui addormentarsi dopo un'altra giornata alla scoperta del paradiso.

Cerchiamo di includere tutto il necessario per goderti la vacanza. Teli mare, ombrellone e tappetino da spiaggia, dispositivo di raffreddamento, attrezzatura per lo snorkeling, persino tavole da boogie. L'unica cosa che devi portare è il costume da bagno e la crema solare.

Proprio fuori dal condominio si trova la piscina di acqua salata con vista sull'oceano e il centro benessere, così come l'area barbecue (così vicino il WiFi funziona benissimo da lì!). Se ti avventuri, sei a pochi passi da tutto. Goditi la spiaggia di sabbia proprio accanto al condominio e osserva le tartarughe rilassarsi quando è calmo, o i locali navigano quando le onde sono alte. Fai una breve passeggiata (meno di 5 minuti) per goderti le pupus al Don the Beachcomber o deliziosi pasti a Huggos. Ancora qualche minuto a piedi e puoi visitare i numerosi negozi di Kailua, prendere un caffè locale o una ciotola di acai o fare acquisti al mercato locale per frutta fresca, fiori, artigianato o qualsiasi altra cosa tu possa immaginare!

Il condominio è ben attrezzato con tutto il necessario, dalla cucina al gioco in spiaggia (vedere i servizi per i dettagli). L'unica parte difficile della tua vacanza partirà.

Beyond Your Expectations! My wife insisted I write a review that encapsulates our trip here, but a short review does not do it justice. From the moment we walked in, the fresh smell, cleanliness, & condo & views, more than matching the pictures, sealed the deal. My wife reviewed a ton of places and chose this one based on the consistent reviews and the view of the ocean we wanted. The hosts thought of EVERYTHING. All the main comforts for sure, but even little details like stocked kitchen, qtips, nail clippers, all the creature comforts you need are already here. We put the provided Tommy Bahama chairs and umbrella in our trunk and went to so many beaches. The dual AC is a lifesaver. We made sure to leave them low or off while away to save electricity, but turn them on, the condo is cool immediately. The decor and artwork, layout, and updated everything make this beyond a 5 star stay. All that was missing was butler service (could we have ordered that too?) The other guests and residents were all fantastic, the complex is QUIET and well maintained. The sunsets and nightly conch ceremony, which I participated in, are beyond words. I attached a pic. My wife is a hair dresser and half her clients now want to book here. We've stayed in 2 other condos in previous trips but we will now make this one our go to. 5 stars is not enough, truly a resort stay. THANK YOU for making the best memory for us. You can't put a price on that. THIS PLACE IS WONDERFUL! GREAT HOSTS!

The condo from Steve and Amber is outstanding!! We had a perfect stay. The view from the lanai, especially for sunset is gorgeous. Following the conch ceremony… awesome. We already have rented other condos in the past (not on Big Island) but this condo was the best we ever had!!! The furnishing, the cleanless, the equipment, more than perfect. Everything you need at the kitchen, for beachdays or charging mobiles….. We definetely will come back again. Mahalo for the everything Peter & Petra

This was a wonderfully maintained property in a perfect location. The owners have done an excellent job in supplying all amenities and information needed to make your stay perfect. 10 Year Anniversary

Excellent Stay in Paradise!

We had a fantastic stay in this condo. So well equipped and clean. The owners supplied everything from sunblock to snorkeling gear. Quick walk into town. Free parking. Oh, and the view of the ocean was amazing! We hope to return!

Beyond incredible property and stay

This unit looked great in photos, and was even better in person! The moment my husband walked thru the house and onto the lanai, he said "good job" (in picking the rental).I filtered listings that were oceanfront, ac, king bed, and the highest reviews. I cannot say how impressed I was with the home's cleanliness. After staying in many different vacation rentals, I notice the little things like dust in places that don't get used much. This home made me feel at home, and honestly inspired me to clean the little things at my own home after lol.The heated pool and spa are fantastic. Theres also lounge chairs outside the fenced in pool area you can watch the ocean or sunset.There is privacy inside the unit as well, where you can sit on the couch and watch the ocean. Steve and Amber make the stay easy. They give you the info you need, but make you feel completely comfortable to enjoy your vacation. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts Steve and Amber. We hope to return.

Wonderful place

The location was perfect, and we watched the sunset over the ocean each night from our lanai. Parking was easy and it was just a few minutes from shopping and restaurants. Fully stocked kitchen and lovely gift bag of local treats. We would definitely stay again.

Its the little things

Its the little things that matter! This rental was PERFECT for our stay. This owner cares about their property, the quality and the subtle small things to make our 12 night stay worth every penny is evident in their property. This owner understands service, and care, from the moment we walked into to our cute welcome basket to the quality of the towels, linens and utensils which all served our needs exactly as needed. The upgrades to the refrigerator, washer/dryer and electronics gave us the desired comfort to make the stay so enjoyable we didn't want to leave on day 13. The condo is perfectly positioned to enjoy a coffee overlooking the whales in the morning and sunset in the evening on the very comfortable lanai. The organization of the outside "toys" afforded us to be able to use them with ease. There wasn't a si gle thing we didn't know its exact intention on how to use. We have stayed on a lot of VRBOs, including on this complex and this one by far exceeded expectations!
