Incredibile Oceanfront - Walk to Town & Beach - Hale Kona Kai 1 camera da letto condominio con AC

Condominio fronte oceano vero e assoluto con un lanai (balcone) che quasi pende sull'oceano. Guarda le pozze di marea sottostanti dove tartarughe e anguille amano venire a mangiare. Lascia che i suoni del mare ti facciano addormentare dopo la tua giornata di visite turistiche o di relax; sia la camera da letto che il soggiorno si affacciano sul mare.

Hale Kona Kai è un piccolo complesso di 3 dozzine condomini assoluti con vista sull'oceano in città, ma fuori dai sentieri battuti! Situato in una tranquilla strada laterale (75-5870 Kahakai Road) ea pochi passi dal villaggio di Kailua-Kona noto anche come Kona Town. Hale Kona Kai è a solo 1/4 di isolato dalla spiaggia di sabbia bianca di Honl ea 2 isolati a piedi dal mercato degli agricoltori di Kona.

5 stars for location - easy walk into town for dinner and shopping, and a nice small beach park nearby. Host was responsive to communications regarding our unexpected late arrival, and to our needs during our stay. Loved listening to the sound of the surf right below us.

Good location interesting views

Worked out good for us. Location is convenient and had the things we needed. The cental air wasnt working not working but they had a window unit for the bedroom. The bed was a uneven and a bit weird but slept well. Would come back again.

Couple improvements

I think I had seen this on other reviews, there was a musty smell, that tended to go away for the most part after turning on all fans. Also, had seen on other reviews, the bed matress is really not comfortable very little support would invest in a new one. Also, pool noted as heated, but we tried once and pretty cold. I think the location, views, size of property great for 2 people.

We love the location and view. Would return for that. Hope the there would be a new bed and reliable internet ( most units share the same drop). Cleaning of AC vents also recommended, it might help with the musty smell.

We had a great stay! We went for our one year anniversary, they left us a post card with a painting from a local painting as a gift. Was very thoughtful. The condo was clean. We where very pleased with our stay. The view from the balcony was amazing! Would def come back and stay again!

“Sens”ational on the water Paradise

From the start this has been truly amazing. Ease with check in, information about area, accommodating requests….all were handled smoothly and seamlessly thanks to Ryan and his team. Now to the lively unit….we entered a lovely fresh condo filled with little touches to welcome us which was very much appreciated. The location was spectacular and hit the mark perfectly for our three week adventures on the beautiful island….and in the evening it was great to return to the best seat for dinner- the lanai with beautiful sunsets followed by an extremely comfortable bed with lovely linens to dream about the next day in paradise. This unit embraced and allow all of our senses to be touched and comforted. Magnificent sunsets to view, the sound and smells of the island in our patio, and the comfort of an amazing bed and lovely shower to end the day. Thank you do much for sharing your home and we hope to see you again. Mahalo

Needs new bed!

Location is wonderful, bed not so much! Lumpy and very uncomfortable. Forget trying the hide-a-bed. Furniture in need of good cleaning and refresh.

View Amazing

The views were amazing and the condo has everything and more that i needed. The bed was the best sleep with the sound of the waves. Property team was incredilbly responsive with any request I had. I will be back.

Beautiful views, awesome ocean sounds, not so great condo

As we entered the condo the first thing we noticed was a musty odor so went to the local Walmart for some Febreze. The Febreze helped. The microwave had rust on the inside so it was a little worrisome to use. The stove also had rust here and there. We also encountered some bugs in the kitchen and the bathroom area. We contacted the management about the bugs, they did get us some bug traps. The hot water went out, management had it back the next day. The location of the condo was great, the views and the sounds of the ocean were awesome.

The good and the bad

The good: 1.GREAT views 2.Nice that the unit included beach chairs, cooler, and beach towels. 3. Great views. Worthy of repeating! The Bad: The unit is tired. A lot of deferred maintenance. 1. The bathroom sink faucet handles were so loose one came off in my hand. I reattached it and tightened the other. 2. The kitchen sink faucet is so loose when you try to move the spout, the entire fixture moves. 3. The A/C is out. This was disclosed and they try to compensate with portable units but the portable units are so loud you have to turn the one in the bedroom off at night to get any sleep - and deal with the warm sticky humidity. 4. The portable AC is ducted to a chickensh-t temporary panel in the sliding glass door. The hot air coming from the A/C blows onto the porch and makes it hard to enjoy the GREAT views with hot air blowing on you. The porch is too small to move away from the hot air. 4. The WORST was the really dirty floor and carpet. I walked from the shower to the bedroom and the bottoms of my feet turned black! Would we rent again? Maybe. Its a good price if the maintenance items are addressed. Its a good location and a GREAT view. It all depends on your priorities. I think I'd pay a little more and not be aggravated by all the little items. This could be such a great location if someone spent a little time and money on the details.

Location, Location, Location....But

Great location. Beautiful view right off the crashing waves. Nice pool. The unit is small but functional. Rental carpet shows wear, other units have hardwood or tile. Small older condo development. Balcony was very small and tucked into the corner of the building.. The online pics make it look as though it's an expansive view....it is, through the well worn wall sized mirror. The common air conditioning unit was "out of service" the fix were 2 portable units vented via sliding patio door in living room and window in bedroom. The noise was deafening. We slept with ear plugs and ambien. The king size bed is a great size, but an older mattress and is pretty uncomfortable. The bath shower has been remodeled with new tile and a partial glass panel, allows water to flow onto the floor. There were some folding beach chairs and a cooler int eh unit. They were old and rusty, one was broken. The location is great and makes up for some short comings of the unit itself. I felt for the price we paid per night, not in high season, that the value was underwhelming

Awesome location!

The location was a plus- so close to town but secluded…..10 feet from the crashing waves, the sound a delight day and night. The only complaint I have is the smell. It was better when the fans were on and the doors and windows were open. I thought at first was in the rug but the management said it was the bamboo curtains????

Great location condo!

Right in the center of Kona restaurants and shopping. Our Lanai practically hung over the beach. Quaint, comfortable, and well stocked.

Oceanside location is terrific. Unit is fine, but not special, apart from overlooking crashing surf

The condo development is beginning to feel a little long in the tooth. But it is pretty well maintained.
