Hotel con palestra a Kaiserwinkl

“This is an amazing property in the valley surrounded by mountains for hiking, running or cycling. The food for the board we purchased was fabulous. This hotel is like a ground bound 4-5 star cruise ship. We loved it and would attend again and just might;0).”

“Attenzione la struttura non è quella che appare in foto. Ci sono due alberghi separati il primo sul lago (quello della foto) con solo suite e l’uso dei lettini e l’ombrellone sul pontile inclusi nel prezzo, e il secondo albergo all’interno del paese e se vuoi usufruire dei lettini e l’ombrellone sul pontile devi pagare € 25 al giorno per persona. Ecco bisognerebbe fare un po’ di chiarezza sui motori di ricerca e non mettere in primo piano la foto dell’albergo fronte lago ( x attirare clienti)...

I understand the hotel may just leased the build to ski shop and the shop may not be a part hotel at all, but it doesn't match with hotel standards. The skis were outdated, no high end skis even they claimed they had, and didn't allow you return rental ski early for any reason.
