“Nice and quiet”

“It was wonderful staying there. We didn’t use the pool but it looked very inviting. Food was fantastic in both the restaurant and pub. The relatives that I alerted to stay there all showed up so the cafe got used quite a bit. I know where I am staying in the future when I need to visit Vernon BC. ”

“We stayed here a bit longer than we should have. Room was okay, very basic motel, price is a reflection of that. Fine if you're looking for a cheap place to stay passing through. Room was clean and tidy. Smelt a bit like natural gas, hope the heater wasn't leaking. Staff was nice. ”

“Great location and good price. The cleaning was good but the maid never replaced the dirty mugs and glasses we used. (We were there 4 nights). The hotel was quite noisy Friday and Saturday nights due to a hockey team(S) staying there. The team bus pulled up each night at about 1 am (with back up horns) and the 20-30 players streamed through the halls talking and opening and closing doors. They weren’t doing anything wrong but it was quite a racket from 1-2 AM both nights. ”

“Comfortable and clean rooms. Swimming pool could be cleaner and hot tub was not working. Breakfast buffet choices are a bit limited.”

“Plugs were not secure in the wall and I did not want to risk electrocuting myself. The room was unclean with multiple cobwebs and the floor feeling extremely dirty. The tub dripped and there was a plastic bag over the smoke detector. Not only that but the door did not lock properly so a chair was used as a fail safe. If zero stars could be given it would be. ”

“We used the hot tub and it was a good temperature but has a bunch of dead flies in it. Eek We do really like this hotel. ”

“Heater was not working. Making lots of noise producing cold air. A small portable heater on the table provided heat but rattled very loudly”

“The location advertises a hot tub both on the Days Inn site and on third party sites. And there is a large sign in front of the hotel saying there is a hot tub. There is no hot tub. I told the front desk staff that I booked this place partly because there was a hot tub which I wanted for after skiing. She said they had just removed the hot tub and that there were no longer ads for it ... but there were. My shower faucet was so stiff that I could barely turn on the water ... needs a new...
