“This was my first traditional bed and breakfast experience and it left an amazing impression. My spouse and I took a trip to Saugatuck Michigan during 4th of July weekend and had an absolutely wonderful time at this bed and breakfast. The staff was friendly and the owner Nadia was extremely hands-on and helpful. She gave us great local recommendations which we happily explored. We had such a wonderful time that we're already planning our next trip back.”

“We arrived to the hotel and while checking in at the front desk, my wife noticed a cockroach crawling near the front desk and floor area. Needless to stay we canceled immediately and left.”

“The room I booked was not available, the staff at the desk was not helpful, manager had to step up. Witnessed unfair treatment of another guest, police were involved. Hot tub jet control was broken. The room freezer had old coke explosion that had been left, not cleaned. ”

“So many good things about this property! Wonderful hosts, that made you feel really special and they certainly knew how to romance the ordinary. For example, the B&B was super clean (honestly spotless). Breakfast was the best I've had! It was home cooked and served in a well appointed dining room. Served on beautiful china, with napkins/table cloth, etc. Choices of coffee, creamer, juices, fresh fruit and the best empanada and cookie I've had in my entire life. The bed was so comfortable,...

“It was a terrible choice. We stayed a night and barely used the bathroom our bath tub because it was so dirty. Floors were dirty and sticky too. Pictures on the website made it look nice and clean. Never staying here ever again.”

“Disgusting, through the halls the smell was so bad. The smell lingered so bad it was on your clothing. Hand prints were everywhere on the glass and elevators. Blood, feces, urine and it all built up in corners and on the walls of the hotel.”

“Heat lamp in bathroom didn't work. Only one chair in room for two people (their pictures show two chairs in rooms). No clock or phone in room. Exercise room was inaccessible. Put senior citizens in a room farthest away from elevator, pool, and exercise room. The channel list for TV posted in room only included approximately one third of those available. Trash vehicle pickup at 4:15AM right outside our window. Dressers and nightstands were filthy (items left from previous occupants as well...

“The room was fine, and had a microwave and fridge. The shower was slippery, and water splashed everywhere because there was nothing separating it from the floor. The residents staying there would make most people uncomfortable. I believe several of them lived there. There was a lot of traffic in and out; people were sleeping in their cars, and working on cars in the parking lot.”
