“Residence un po' datato, impianti vecchi ma tutto sommato accettabile (nella zona non abbiamo visto niente di più nuovo). Da non scegliere se non si prevede di noleggiare un auto perchè non ha spiaggie vicine e il centro con negozi e ristoranti è un po' troppo distante da raggiungere a piedi. Stanze ampie, bel balcone (noi avevamo vista giardino) ma non contate sulla piscina perchè è piccola e nei giorni che siamo rimasti era invasa di bambini della zona (crediamo che parte degli appartamente...

“Non è un albergo così ci hanno risposto ,ma un appartamento con cucina salotto, balcone , un solo caffè offerto ,altri a pagamento ,reception solo per poche ore, no pulizie giornaliere ma solo metà soggiorno, quindi rifiuti etc, a nostro carico il portarli nei bidoni, alle tariffe pubblicate da hotels.com, va aggiunta una tariffa "utility fee" di $ 13,39 day per luce etc, bisogna cercarla in fondo alle condizioni scritta in piccolo, quindi costi aumentati!”

Nota negativa é che la struttura NON offre pulizie e cambio biancheria durante il soggiorno, nonostante ciò gli ospiti devono pagare una Fee aggiuntiva (non compresa nel prezzo pagato a Expedia) di circa 200 usd per le pulizie finali dell'appartamento. La struttura offre 3 piscine non troppo curate. Posizione non ottimale in quanto distante 1 ora di auto dalle spiagge più belle a nord dell'isola. ”

“I wish we would have had more downtime on our vacation but one of the best things was waking up and sitting on the lanai and drinking coffee in the morning and watching the waves and ocean activity. “The condo is decorated nicely and located near restaurants and shopping area. The host answered us promptly with questions and addressing concern/issue. “Can’t beat the location of this property/unit; right on the water, lovely large lanai to enjoy both early morning coffee (and surfers) and gorgeous sunsets in the evening. Loved being on the 4th floor and leaving our sliders open to hear the surf. The unit has had some renovations, the kitchen is upgraded and well stocked, the two bathrooms have new tile showers and vanity counters. Not a fan of carpet in rentals, if I was really being picky I would say that it was not nice in the bedroom....

“We are from Oahu and this is our second time staying in a Hali'i Kai condo and it truly is the BEST location in the Waikoloa / Mauna Lani area (in my opinion) and we've stayed at a number of the various properties over the last decade.
