Saremo lieti di darvi il benvenuto a stare a casa nostra, che è ben arredata con aria condizionata completamente canalizzata e ha un sacco di spazio dentro e fuori! Ospitare comodamente 8 persone, c'è l'enorme ponte tutto sotto il tetto principale dove si può godere l'alba al tramonto. L'oceano scintillante abbaglia mentre preparate i vostri pasti in cucina o cucinate il barbecue. Il ponte è adatto per la protezione durante tutto l'anno, indipendentemente dalle condizioni atmosferiche che si affacciano su un favoloso prato perfetto per il gioco di Bocce. La casa offre anche una palestra in modo da poter mantenere la forma fisica tra i tempi morti di essere ipnotizzati dalle viste panoramiche .... balene incluse! La casa è ben arredata e cucina ben attrezzata per la vostra casa lontano da casa. Ci sono persino alcuni chooks di famiglia sul posto per dar da mangiare agli scarti della cucina e raccogliere le uova per la tua colazione. Fuggi in campagna con stile !!
Affacciato sulla cittadina di Kalbarri e a soli 5 minuti in auto dalla città o in bicicletta e fermarsi a prendere un caffè e un muffin a Jacques Beach sulla strada del passato o con una bottiglia d'acqua e una mela in tasca a spasso per un'escursione in giro Mushroom Rock o Pot Alley Gorge e spiaggia. Tutto dalla tua porta senza il trambusto di essere in città. Attività senza fine per riempire le tue giornate e poi rilassarti guardando i tramonti dal ponte e chiacchierando di quello che potrebbe portare domani !!!

Didn’t Want to Leave

We stopped in Kalbarri as a bit of a weekend rest stop on our way back from Exmouth. This house was absolutely perfect for that, as it has the most amazing view and peaceful location that we didn’t want to leave and had to force ourselves to get out to do a bit of exploring while we were there. Table tennis and a wide selection of board games were a hit with both kids and adults too. The owner was a pleasure to communicate with when we had questions too. Would definitely stay here again!

Fantastic property that accommodated our group of 7. The views are amazing and the house is very well set up. Wendy answered any questions very quickly. We would definitely recommend staying here.

No value for money

1. No instantaneous hot water - we were a group of 8 (2 families) and struggled to get some decent showers 2. Linen - we ended up with skin issues from x2 bedrooms - not sure if the linen actually gets replaced after every visit, as we were expected to launder our linen that had a few drops of blood from a toddler’s nose bleed on the last night of our stay. 3. Dishes - there is a penalty for leaving your cleaned dishes in the dishwasher. Most places allow this, not sure why they have this rule. On arrival, we found some dishes dirty/grimy. Understandably, people may only rinse and dry quickly in a rush to check out in time - else there’s a surcharge for late check out as well

Fabulous stay!

There were 4 adults and 4 children aged 9-10years in our party and the property was absolutely perfect in every way. From the initial communication with Wendy to the checkout process, everything was seamless. The property location was perfect for us and the view and property itself were fabulous. The house is large and very well equipped. The children were completely entertained with the dart board, table tennis table and visits from kangaroos and emus. With easy access to town and all of the sights Kalbarri has to offer, I really can’t fault our stay. Thank you so much Wendy for trusting us with your home.

Beautiful large holiday house.

Very large property perhaps more suited to large family groups, but it also accommodated our group needing 3 double bedrooms. Very well equiped. Fabulous views and a quiet neighbourhood. Problems with plumbing were solved by the caretaker, Kerryn who also spent time showing us her rescued joeys and allowing us to feed the growing ones. A little soulless because of its size, but still a delightful property.

Wendy's house was absolutely superb, we all had the best time

We all had such a great time and enjoyed our stay in this magnificent property, very spacious and clean and exactly how pictured and just perfect for two families. The view from the deck was absolutely amazing and the ping pong table and dart board and bocce were a bonus.

Wonderful Kalbarri stay

We loved our 5-day stay in Kalbarri. The house suited our group of 7 friends well. It was clean, spacious & comfortable, with a great location. A few extra things would have made it more welcoming — including enough dining chairs (there were 6 in a house that slept 8), enough cutlery so that there were adequate knives for dinner even if we’d used a couple while preparing food. Direct communication with the owner was prompt & straight forward. However the instructions provided in the Stayz app were not fully comprehensive or welcoming - one day that showed as available on the booking calendar was not actually available; it was not mentioned that we’d only receive the access code the night before our arrival; there were fines specified for not complying with house rules. Overall we loved the house, but thought the instructions could sound more friendly & welcoming.

Amazing Kalbarri experience

Can't really fault this accommodation. The backyard is spacious and well kept, the bedrooms were beautiful and comfortable, plenty of storage, good amenities provided, kids play nook, kitchen well stocked, great range of appliances, table tennis and darts available, great for our family stay. The house is approx 8 mins drive out of town, close to Red Bluff beach area, amazing views across the coast. Would highly recommend.

Amazing accomodation

Beautiful views of Kalbarri, stargazing on the lawn at night. Everything you could need on a stay. Well laid out property and high standard of cleanliness and very comfortable beds. Definitely recommend.

Great place to stay for a family

Spacious home suitable for families. Stayed here with three adults and one teenager. Games, table tennis, bocce are all provided. House is a few kms out of town and initially I was a bit disappointed about this but actually it was great. Beautiful views that you wouldn’t get in town, the drive was short into town, there isn’t much to do in town anyway, it is close to many walks, and we enjoyed getting to know some of the emu families and kangaroos that would wander around the area each morning and evening. I would now prefer this location to being in the centre of town. The home was clean and Wendy the manager was very responsive, helpful and welcoming. Highly recommend.

Excellent stay

Thank you for accepting us to stay at the Panorama property in Kalbarri. We all had a very relaxing and comfortable stay over 5 days in this beautiful home with excellent views. Kangaroos and Emus at your front door. Close to all sight seeing and shopping. We would love to recommend this property to anyone. Lorraine.

Fantastic house, amazing view

A wonderfully presented house in an amazing location with a great outdoor area and an incredible view. It was even better than the pictures. It has everything needed and a great property for kids young and older.

Family holiday

From the moment of booking this Property everything flowed without any hiccups. Wendy the Property Owner was very efficient and friendly and made us feel welcome. The Property is well l9cated about 6 x minuted from the Centre of Kalbarri. It had an amazing view from the Patio /Deck area which we loved.

Fabulous stay

Great property and views, clean and good sized backyard for kids to run around. No chickens as advertised but that was fine. Whales were seen breaching in the ocean. Coffee pods for the machine would be a nice addition.

Lux with a view

What a beautiful home in a fantastic location. It was just what we needed after off grid camping fit a week. The views out over the ocean were sensational and allowed us some whale watching while at home. Would highly recommend this property.
