When we first checked into our room the toilet had no been flushed after the people before us used it… disappointed that wasn’t checked when it was being cleaned. “It seems like effort was made to keep the property up to date and clean but the customer service was lacking in my opinion! During check in one staff member constantly spoke with the gentleman checking me in while completing ignoring that he was with a customer (me). Meanwhile, even though I requested in the comment section of my Expedia booking that I’d like an early check in there was NO communication as to the availability nor cost of such a thing. “We stayed two nights in the West Wing. Loved the room layout, and sitting out on that balcony reading and enjoying coffee and the view made for a great start to each day. The young lady who helped me with early check in was lovely and helpful, calling me when the room was ready after arranging to have my bag (which was stored) brought up to room before my arrival.”
