They had broken heaters on the floor of the hotel, when we went into the room the sheets had stains. Front desk denied us getting a new sheet, we booked the room for two days but how bad the condition was we left. Now front desk manager let us know to contact Expedia for our refund for the room. “The room seem to be hurriedly cleaned if you can call it cleaned. The coffee maker still had the coffee filter from the last guest in the coffee maker. There was only one paper cup in the room for 2 guests. The bathtub was so stained it looked like it had not been cleaned. The toilet needed to be worked on as you had to flush twice to get it to flush. The refrigerator needed to be defrosted as the freezer part was almost full of ice and looked as it had not been wiped out in sometime. The...

“I feel like they could’ve done a better job landing the bathroom in the room honestly also the toilet is so sometimey… it’s like one flush works then the next flush the toilet is stooped up also the elevator is a little weird and needs repairs had to take the stairs a few times. Cause the elevator took to long not that it was the end of the world for me but I mean what if someone who can’t use the stairs needs it? But overalll my stay was okay”

“We checked into the Marriott hotel around 5 pm. Placed our things in our room and left for dinner. Returned and decided we wanted to shower and settle in. “We ended up not staying because after i booked they listed all the fees. You have to check in by 8 pm but is listed as 2:30am and there is a $20 per person per day fee to use the pool. And you have to give a 48 hr notice to even use the pool and i booked last minute so that would have been a waste too. To use the hot tub its $100 extra but that is the only thing listed before you book. It would not have been worth the 3.5 hr drive we were going to make. ”
