“Our extended family from California, Ireland, Australia and North Carolina converged in Kaui and stayed in this gorgeous home! We couldn't have asked for anything more--ideal location, beautifully furnished, fully equipped kitchen and amenities, and all beach and activity gear (beach chairs and umbrellas, boogie boards, bikes. beach blankets). This house had everything! We would stay at Sue's home again the next time we are in Kaui.”

“My wife and I spent a wonderful week at this cottage for our honeymoon. We had done our research and reviewed this listing carefully, but walking up to the cottage and opening the door took our breath away. While the cottage is older, it is in exquisite condition, and the owners have gone above and beyond to make it feel like home. The house is very clean, the beds are very comfortable , and the kitchen is fully stocked. We enjoyed eating our meals at the outside table. I would stay here again...

“We've stayed several times at this property and always enjoy ourselves. It really is the most reasonably priced home -- where you get the ENTIRE home to yourself -- north of Hanalei. in my opinion. The downstairs living area is beautiful and functional. Plenty of supplies are available including a little wagon we used to transport our chairs, umbrellas, a picnic lunch and snorkel gear on the most beautiful 20-iminute walk to Tunnels Beach. We spend the entire day at the beach and then head back...

“The house is wonderful and Tunnels Beach, just a few minutes away, is totally incredible! The house is spacious, comfortable, and well-appointed. “I would give this house a 4.5 if that was an option. The house is in a great location and is quite large with lots of space for a big group. As others have noted, one of the bedrooms is only accessible through other bedrooms and since the upstairs bathrooms are all en suite, the person staying in that room must go into another bedroom to use a bathroom. “Spacious and beautifully decorated one bedroom house in Princeville. A great place to relax and recharge. Like most places in Kauai this house does not have Air Conditioning, necessitating leaving windows open to cool the inside. Occasional traffic noise could be a problem if you are noise sensitive, but for us it was just a minor annoyance. The place had everything we needed and we would stay here again if we should return to Kauai.”

“In general, better than nothing. Apartments are under renovation: make sure you get one with wooden floor and not carpet. Bathroom had no window or outside opening: lot of humidity and smell. Air conditioning was only in the bedroom not in the living room. Refrigerator had no water, so we had to fill bottles at the swimming pool. Cleaning is only done once in a week and not very well. Staff at the reception is aware of the various problems and is very helpful and friendly. Late check-in is...

"Horrible experieience at Hilton Garden Inn. in 6 days they cleaned the rooms only three times, even if we asked the full service everyday. The personnel was not very friendly with us when we told them about the problems. Their answer was always: "it is too late now, nobody can clean the room at the moment. we will clean it tomorrow". In addition the air conditioning filters were in very bad condition, and I assume they can be harmful for guests' health!!! The hotel at some point was also out of shower gel. Rooms are not as luminous as shown in the pictures. overall considering that we spent 10k for 6 nights (for 2 rooms) the value for money was also very bad. Therefore i do not suggest this strcuture to anybody!"
