“Really bad customer service! It is as confirmed about only a bot saying exactly the same polite sentences promising to help or to contact the hotel but never do. They quickly received the hotelpayment and the information about the hotel was missleading information,  unexisting services were mentioned on the hotel, no resoect of requests either and they did not even have a cooperation with the hotel. “Sad to say the hotel stay was substandard. We booked two nights hoping for a solid 4 star hotel as advertised. We got a room and noticed some mold on the AC. When we asked to leave and get our money back, we were refused. We deiced to stay. Once we looked closer the mold turned out to be much worse than originally thought.
