“Albergo datato, foto ingannevoli, la camera era infestata da una sottospecie di blatta, il condizionatore aveva il filtro saturo, emanava un odore di muffa insopportabile, abbiamo chiesto di intervenire più volte, abbiamo ricevuto risposte rassicuranti con la proposta di cambiare camera, nulla è stato fatto, personale scortese faticavano a salutare un posto da dimenticare.”

AC would have made room more comfortable due to storm/rain making it impossible to leave windows open plus safety in sleeping leaving ground floor windows open & slider unsecure if left open. “Room was 241 was horrible. When asked the owner to correct the issues They just accused us of insane things and ignored us. We paid to move respond. Expedia only reimbursed 1/2 because owner said they addressed it even though they didn’t. We had many pictures showing issues and zero attempt was made to correct it. Will we be use Expedia gain ”

“The property itself was fine. I didnt like that they left opened condiments and a water bottle in the refrigerator. Or that the sink pop up didnt work, or what looks like mold developing on the shower liner. But you get what you pay for, so it is what it is. My plane changed after booking so I had to extend my time with a late checkout, which I paid almost a whole day for to check out at 5 pm instead of 10 am. “Kona is too citify we want a more rural surroundings ”

“Mostly very clean, except sliding glass doors. Would have cleaned myself but no cleaning materials on site. Wanted to love this place. We have stayed in other units but were delighted to find a first floor unit. The good: well equipped, comfortable, plenty of towels, and beach stuff. Nice patio area. “Our stay was not at all as described. We thought we were getting an ocean view with laundry. Instead we had to cross a road for both a view and laundry. Will not return or recommend.”

“Dan was a great host and the breakfast each morning was amazing. It felt like we were in actual Hawaii and not just another tourist hotel. he also showed us around the property and took extra time sharing about Kona coffee and gave us some delicious fruit right off the tree. ”
