“Albergo datato, foto ingannevoli, la camera era infestata da una sottospecie di blatta, il condizionatore aveva il filtro saturo, emanava un odore di muffa insopportabile, abbiamo chiesto di intervenire più volte, abbiamo ricevuto risposte rassicuranti con la proposta di cambiare camera, nulla è stato fatto, personale scortese faticavano a salutare un posto da dimenticare.”

“Great luau. Nice helpful staff. Room was not what it should have been. Not as clean as it should be…bathroom mirror not cleaned. Not vacuumed ( found a piece of glass on it). Was told they clean every other day. But all they did was empty garbage can and replace a towel. It said my room was a balcony resort view room…my view was of the roof and parking lot.”

Or that the sink pop up didnt work, or what looks like mold developing on the shower liner. But you get what you pay for, so it is what it is. My plane changed after booking so I had to extend my time with a late checkout, which I paid almost a whole day for to check out at 5 pm instead of 10 am. “Most amazing views. We enjoyed sunset every night. The washer/dryer and fully stocked kitchen were part of why I booked here and it was much appreciated. We utilized both amenities. We did not want to leave- absolutely loved the oceanfront views.”

“Mostly very clean, except sliding glass doors. Would have cleaned myself but no cleaning materials on site. Wanted to love this place. We have stayed in other units but were delighted to find a first floor unit. The good: well equipped, comfortable, plenty of towels, and beach stuff. Nice patio area. The unit is equipped with essentials to help make your visit to Kona more affordable if you eat from the unit- fridge/freezer, stove, microwave, dishwasher, plates, pans, essentials, etc. Wifi/internet worked well.
