“Buon hotel ben collegato con i trasporti pubblici. La pulizia della camera non era delle migliori e quotidianamente veniva eseguita dopo le 4 pm”

“Lots of poolside chairs but we were there in low season. Paid for upgraded room and deeply regret. Even requested a quiet room and was blown away by music in their luau pavilion. Hotel makes money hosting concerts but doesn’t consider noise pollution and lack of parking for their paying hotel guests. ”

“Horrible experieience at Hilton Garden Inn. in 6 days they cleaned the rooms only three times, even if we asked the full service everyday. The personnel was not very friendly with us when we told them about the problems. Their answer was always: "it is too late now, nobody can clean the room at the moment. we will clean it tomorrow". In addition the air conditioning filters were in very bad condition, and I assume they can be harmful for guests' health!!! The hotel at some point was also out...

“Die Klimaanlagen sind so laut, dass selbst, wenn die eigene nachts abgeschaltet ist, die Anlagen der benachbarten Zimmer eine unheimliche laute Geräuschkulisse erzeugen. Und falls diese einen nicht stören, dann vielleicht die unzähligen freilaufenden Hähne auf Kauai. Die sind echt eine Plage und krähen ab 3 Uhr in der früh bis abends 21 Uhr ohne unterlass. Das hat nichts mit der Bauernhofromantik zu tun an die man dabei denkt. Frühstück wird draußen angeboten (Regen & Sonne). Dabei läuft das...

“Well the property is under construction which we weren’t aware of upon our stay. The hot tub and part of the pool were closed off. An entire floor was closed to contractors being present during the day so it was hard to get from to pool and to lobby. The room itself was also dirty and only one working elevator made timing issues.”

“A lovely stay. If parking lot was full, there was close parking by the park. Staff was helpful and friendly. There was a fridge in the room and microwave in the lobby near coffee.”

“Il resort è nel complesso discreto, ben dotato di accessori nella cucina, con possibilità di usare la piscina e il campo da tennis. E' in una zona poco turistica, ma centrale se si vuole girare l'isola. Il punto più negativo, per le unità che si affacciano sulla strada, è il rumore del traffico parecchio intenso e molto fastidioso. Inoltre i condizionatori erano eccessivamente rumorosi e quindi non utilizzabili di notte. Da segnalare anche la scarsa pulizia della moquette, rovinata e macchiata...
