“Buon hotel ben collegato con i trasporti pubblici. La pulizia della camera non era delle migliori e quotidianamente veniva eseguita dopo le 4 pm”

“This place should change its name to "Garden Isle on the Beach". The grounds are absolutely beautiful and impeccably maintained. Perfect location with Coconut Market Place right there with shops and restaurants. The Lava Lava Club next door was an awesome place to eat!”

“57 $ resort fee+ 20$ parking × 1 week= 539$ expect to pay that on top of your booking payment. There was construction outside our windows. Our bathroom sink leaked all over my makeup and toiletries. They fixed the leak. The food prices were expensive. Beds were comfy, rooms clean, nice games for kids. Beach is not for swimming. Hotel was located by lots of restaurants and stores.”

“Horrible experieience at Hilton Garden Inn. in 6 days they cleaned the rooms only three times, even if we asked the full service everyday. The personnel was not very friendly with us when we told them about the problems. Their answer was always: "it is too late now, nobody can clean the room at the moment. we will clean it tomorrow". In addition the air conditioning filters were in very bad condition, and I assume they can be harmful for guests' health!!! The hotel at some point was also out...

“Il resort è nel complesso discreto, ben dotato di accessori nella cucina, con possibilità di usare la piscina e il campo da tennis. E' in una zona poco turistica, ma centrale se si vuole girare l'isola. Il punto più negativo, per le unità che si affacciano sulla strada, è il rumore del traffico parecchio intenso e molto fastidioso. Inoltre i condizionatori erano eccessivamente rumorosi e quindi non utilizzabili di notte. Da segnalare anche la scarsa pulizia della moquette, rovinata e macchiata...

“Booked this resort for our honeymoon and was blown away from the quality of the rooms, resort, and amenities! Loved having the ability to use the pool and beautiful beach with amazing restaurant options so close nearby. The free airport shuttle service was very nice to have and we were give hospitality access with full showers until our late departure flight. We would 100% come back again!!”
