“There were NO overnight STAFF. I paid for TWO ROOMS WITH JACUZZI and didn’t get either. Not one good thing to say. I was locked out of my room FIVE different times with a key MALFUNCTION. The Kitchen closed before 10pm. We were told to try KOTOR and we did only to return to find tha car gate locked and had to park on street We tried calling SOMEONE to no avail. Only to go up to our room and locked out again at 1am.
FRONT DESK shows up at 7 am .ZERO HELP SHE WAS. She took over an HOUR TO COMPOSE...

“Wellnessbereich war das beste, Zimmer & Frühstück top, allerdings sind die Kaffeeautomaten fast immer defekt gewesen, jedoch konnte man den Service bitten, Kaffee von einer Siebträgermaschine zu bekommen. Das hat den Aufenthalt perfekt gemacht :-)”

“The hotel was very welcoming in a beautiful secluded area. The staff were on hand to help at all times and provided an excellent service. The spa was relaxing with views looking out to the water. Both our evening meal and breakfast were delightful. Highly recommend this hotel.”
