“Overall we had a very good experience. Excellent amenities. We drove, had valet parking & help carrying luggage to reception where slippers are provided. We had to carry our own luggage up a few steps & then down a few steps to our room. There isn't a spring water private onsen in the room, but you can reserve a private onsen for 40 minutes.
