“Very clean, staff were a group of awesome guys, even helped us rent a car! The food at the restaurant downstairs is good, and all the toiletries they give you was an unexpected nicety. If I'm back in Okinawa, I'm staying here for sure. You can't beat this place”

“Walking distance to ski slopes which is great unless the chairlifts are closed and you can’t ski across. No Ubers and it was a pain to get the shuttle bus to Hirafu where everything is (only 1 per hour). There was only a pizza shop and restaurant next door and a cafe down the road so a quiet village. We hired ski gear through the hotel and it was convenient (finished by 9am) and I think cheaper. The lodge it self was dated, bedroom and common room could use a refresh and upgrade. Price was...

“Nice staff, but not so easy to get to it. First thing first. We drove to this hotel in Atami City. However this place was up on the hill, and tough to find and reached for foreigners like us. If you plan to go there by train, you may need to call a uber, otherwise you might have a very hard time to get there… Other than that, the place is a little old, and smelly. Our kids didn’t like it much. On the other hand, the owner/staff was very friendly! Also telling us to reach to them anytime (24/7)...

“第一次入住榻榻米的傳統日式旅館，而且老闆娘很親切，感覺像是回自己家一樣！ 旅館有租借滑雪設備的服務，購買滑雪票券也比現場購買便宜，位於苗場滑雪場對面，適合想滑雪的朋友入住！ 這次預訂含早餐，每天早上起床吃完早餐就可以著裝去滑雪，很方便。 ”

“清潔で、設備も思ったより古すぎることもなかった。アメニティも一通り揃っていた。 朝食は”英国風”の宿であるので、イングリッシュブレックファストを期待していたが、ただのサラダやソーセージといった洋食ミックスでガッカリした。 スタッフか、オーナー家族なのかは不明だが、宿のスタッフが全体的に、感じが悪く、無神経で失礼で驚いた。こんなに気分の悪い人たちが働いている宿は初めてで、選んだことを後悔した。お勧めしません。”
