“ĺĺ camera assegnataci era in fondo ad un lungo corridoio, distante dagli ascensori. Essendo due persone anziane, abbiamo fatto richiesta di avere una stanza più facilmente accessibile ma senza risultato. Anche perché la proposta dell'hotel di cambiare stanza è arrivata dopo che si erano già disfatti i bagagli e sistemato le nostre cose inĺ camera. Altra cosa che ci ha spiacevolmente colpito è l'assoluta mancanza di un'alternativa alla colazione giapponese. Ora noi eravamo pienamente consapevoli...

“とても落ち着いた雰囲気でのんびりできました。部屋は川のせせらぎが聞こえてよかったです。お風呂は脱衣所がすこし狭かったけど濁り湯がすごくよかったです。スタッフも皆さん丁寧でした”

“매우 조용한 소도시 노보리베츠에서 매우 한적한 휴식을 취할 수 있었다. 대형 호텔이 아니라 대욕장 온천시설도 편안히 이용할 수 있고, 방안에도 작은 욕조가 있어 온천을 즐길 수 있었다.일본 전통식사인 카이세키는 처음에는 눈으로 다음은 입으로 두 번 즐길 수 있는 아주 훌륭한 저녁식사였다. 아침 식사는 일본 가정식과 세미 뷔페가 준비되었는데, 모두 매우 만족스러운 식사였다. ”

“료칸 처음 이용해봤는데 프라이빗탕도 혼잡하지 않고 대욕탕도 너무 좋았어요! 그리고 객실별로 개인탕이 있어 좋았고 간식 야식 석식 조식 뭐 하나 빼놓지 않고 만족스러워 또 이용하고 싶습니다! 그리고 삿포로 역에서 무료송영버스 타고 이동할 수 있어 좋았고 다음날 공항까지 정액택시도 12000엔에 이용할 수 있게 예약해주셔서 너무 좋았습니다(3명 기준 24인치 캐리어3개 넣는데 문제없는 크기의 택시였음)”

“普段飲めない父が、機械サーバーのビールを美味しいと飲み、直ぐにまた、泊まりたいと言って１ヶ月後にまた泊まりに行きました たった一杯しか飲めないのに記憶に残たようです 自分でするが、また楽しい要素なのかもしれません また泊まりたいです”

“Amazing location, scenery and views! The area around the hotel is beautiful, and so many things to see within easy walking and driving distance. The on-site Onsens were also great! Parts of the property are getting old and worn, but otherwise clean and well kept. The included buffet breakfasts and dinners were an unexpected bonus!”

“Check-in was a little odd using a machine, but there was an employee who helped us. The nearby lake was beautiful, although we didn't have the clearest view from our room. The free sake was fun in the lobby. Breakfast was also tasty. The Japanese-style mattress (futon) could have used a bit more padding.”

“Loved the ryokan and onsen and breakfast. Staff were fabulous. We were disappointed that we could not order dinner, as it looked fabulous on the website when I booked and was one of the reasons we chose that ryokan. However, we found a great restaurant close by. We will recommend this ryokan to friends and family. Thank you for a wonderful stay!”

“The room is a little dated but otherwise super clean and spacious. Another disappointment is thst the hotel only have shower in the onsen which many guests may like the experience but better if the hotel can consider shower room for people who wants privacy. Anyway, still I would recommend this hotel.”
