Hotel a Kampung Baru Ujung

“Proses check in out mudah dan cepat tanpa Deposite. Staff ramah. Kamar bersih, ac dingin ,shower kencang. Untuk minuman reffil sendiri dan di sediakan dispenser di tiap lorong. Likasi berada di pusat kota. Dekat dengan kuliner dan pusat perbelanjaan. Jika mau renang bisa ke sebelah di hotel novotel. Mantap deh!! ”

“The staff was excellent. The facility needs a lot of work. This is directly attributable to the ownership. Previous guests are not held accountable for damages they cause. Plumbing needs a complete overhaul…most importantly. Wifi is absolutely terrible. The rest is okay and can wait for the others to get fixed for now. An upgrade on the rooms looks way past due. Again, the staff is excellent and does the best it can with what it has to work with.”

“it was only a smoking room available with a queenbed and it smelled sooo ugly that we needed to change to a smaller room with two single bed. the breakfast was almost empty, they didn’t refill and some guest didn’t got any food. (still 1 hour before finish) it’s a disappointing experience but the hotel itself could be not bad if they treat everything a bit better and with more heart.”

“Very convenient location near airport. Walk to hotel in 15 minutes. Shuttle is available but walking was faster. Clean room. Good breakfast and very welcoming staff. Huge pool. ”

“Smell of garbage, found a lot of garbage behind table, hot shower sound like jumbo jet will landing, no wall outlet in table, charge laptop on the floor, has water heater pot dirty, and no wall outlet, terrible, other is ok”

“The check-in and check-out process was very easy and fast without a deposit. The FO gave me a room with a nice view, the sea and the pool. The room was clean, the AC was cold, the shower was very strong. but now they don't provide bar soap, shower cap, toothbrush in the bathroom but when you check in, they will ask for this and if you need it, they will give it to you. everything is ok, only the security in front of the lobby door must be alert if guests bring a lot of luggage. There is no need...

“The staff are so friendly, polite and helpful. I had arranged a pick up but my flight was delayed by over an hour. I managed to let them know and when I arrived at the airport the lovely young man from the hotel was there waiting for me. They let me change my room as the first one was near the lift and due to being a light sleeper moved me to a room further away which was perfect. The room was clean and the bed super comfy. If I ever travel back here would definitely stay again 😊”
