“Great location, 24/7 security that let ut in at night. Simple room but perfect for exploring the city.”

“So easy to make a good first impression, and this place failed. Check in was ok, but the room wasnt. No place to put bags, holey bath mat, frayed towels, and no shelf in shower cubical. Also gaps in floor boards and window in bathroom. Pool and dining area was nice, food and drinks okay, but after booking for 5 days we left after 1. The area nearby was lacking.”

“Abbiamo dormito qui solo una notte perché eravamo di passaggio quindi non saprei descrivere esattamente la zona. Sotto l’appartamento ci sono vari ristoranti. Consiglio di prendere l’ascensore, poiché il vano scale è tenuto veramente male e c’erano anche scarafaggi. La signora che ci ha accolto pur non parlando inglese è stata super gentile e disponibile. La camera è piccola ma con tutto il necessario. La doccia é super tecnologica e il phon potente.”

“キナバルヴィラに４泊しました。おだやかな海が一望できる清潔かつ快適な部屋に滞在し、自然豊かなリゾートを満喫しました。 一緒に行く予定だった娘が直前で体調を崩してしまったため一人旅になりましたが、ひとりでも充分楽しめます。 コタキナバルのジェッセルトンポイント（船着場）にあるオフィスでも、チェックインに始まりチェックアウト後の空港へのタクシーの手配などさまざまなサポートをしていただき、有り難かったです。 フレンドリーでホスピタリティにあふれたスタッフの方がほとんどでしたが、目をそらして挨拶をしてくださらない方（ごく一部です）がいて残念でした。 とはいえ、とてもすてきな体験でした。次回はぜひ娘と一緒に来たいです。”

“Lots of eateries around. Sound proofing is weak and near the road. Be prepared to wake up in the middle of the night from motorbikes and trucks. Hairdryers available upon request only. Staff was ok and efficient. The bathrooms comes with steps so be careful using it.”

“A RECOMMENDED HOTEL THAT THAT IS VERY WELL MAINTAINED, CLEAN AND OFFERS VERY GOOD ACCOMMODATION IN ONE OF THE TOP LOCATIONS IN KOTA KINABALU...THE STAFF AND THE MANAGEMENT IS GENUINELY FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL...THE HOTEL IS LOCATED NEXT TO SEVERAL OLDER MALLS (WISMA MERDEKA AND THE KK MALL) AND THE NEW SARIAH SABAH MALL...THE FARMERS MARKET AND GAYA STREET ARE JUST A COUPLE OF HUNDRED METERS AWAY...LOTS OF GREAT RESTAURANT CHOICES NEARBY...HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!”
