Hotel a Kampung Merbau

“The place that I stay it's like never been clean before guest come in, it's full of dust and sand even on the bed. The curtain at the porch very dirty and a little smelly and also please put roof at the toliet it's very uncomfortable when rain and u want take a poop for a while but u are drenched because of the rain like it is in the middle of the night and it's very cold. Otherwise all okay just the room it's a little bit uncomfortable for me, yes on the day we likely not in the room much. But...

“A perfect mountain retreat. The hotel is in a beautiful location, between the mountains and a golf course. The service was always very attentive and helpful. The rooms are very spacious with all the comforts. Recommended.”

“Staff is very helpful. Service "call" bell is not working but staff is responsive to whatsapp. Staff even help us find a workshop to come to assist us when we had a flat tire during check out.”

“The checkin process is terrible.. The checkin time given was 2:30 PM. We reached the hotel by 3:30 PM.. We need to get a token to go to the reception desk.. There was a waiting time of about 50 mins just to reach the reception desk for checkin. After so much wait, when reached checkin desk - they simply told - Room is not ready.. Howcome, when the checkin time in 2:30 PM, even at 4:30 PM the room is not ready. (We even paid 100% payment in advance) The wait area is also jam-packed. ...

The owner is very nice and understands that his place is a budget hotel. Regardless, I am a budget traveler but this is just atrocious. ”
