“Check in and room service staff is good but property needs to be refurbished especially doors and grouts. Although lights & aircons are turned on before our arrival, staff still need to check if the aircon, tvs are working well before every check in. Cleanliness can be improved. Dish soap was given the used ones - I saw dirt and food crumbs in it. Perhaps can change to the liquid one. We had dead cockoaches lying around the house. Pool not clean too.. pool floor has lots of rough objects. The...

“Excellent stay for solo tourist. Surrounding amenities are excellent. Level 41 scenery is spectacular.
On the other hand, swimming pool is chalky, bed squeaky, sauna & locker not working and many renovations in progress. Hope next stay better.”
