“It was very quiet. The aesthetics are very nice. Room was comfortable and clean. Cool in-room amenitiese such as a t.v. in the mirror which was cool to utilize while bathing. There is a good amount of parking available with easy access to the highway. Its 7 minutes from the Chicago Premium Outlets, 12 minutes from The Fox Valley Mall and nearby several eateries. The staff was welcoming and accomodating. The only thing I didn't like was the cafe food (past the bar and breakfast resturant). The...

“Whole place smelled awful, there was a bug in the room, very sketchy people”

“The room was clean. There was no staff. We were greeted by a kiosk, foreigner that I couldn’t understand. The parking was good. The air-conditioning was poor because there were people smoking outside and the smoke was coming into the room so it smelled terrible of cigarettes. The property was filthy dirty. The inside of the whole carpeting were dirty. The parking lot was dirty. The only thing that was clean there was my room, but the bathtub was questionable.”

The Bad - The walls are THIN. it's not great for light sleepers The Ugly - The room was DIRTY. Hairs from the previous people all over the bathroom. Grimy floors. DIRTY”
