If I could address Evelyn for a moment. I stood I basement for a few minutes before I saw instructions to elevator. I would recommend instructions bring on both sides of elevator. I would like to mention although I thought everyone who worked at the Quest were lovely including groundsmen and housekeeping I was not impressed by having to wait on reception to get off their phone before they addressed me.
