This spacious home is perfect for families, groups of friends, traveling professionals & corporate/executive rentals. Our fun and newly renovated bungalow! We are located in a prime location - very close to all the major attractions in Kansas City [Westport, The Plaza, KU Medical Center, CHIEFS Stadium, KC Royals Stadium!



Modern decor, comfortable bedding, new stainless steel appliances, and deluxe finishes - Everything you need in one house!

The Space:

Our charming 3 BR, 2 BA home with a LARGE finished BASEMENT is the perfect getaway for your group.



As soon as you enter you’ll see an open kitchen with a large island and barstools. The kitchen is updated with modern countertops and stainless steel appliances. The vibrant living room has modern decor / furniture and a large smart TV. It's a home away from home atmosphere



Each bedroom is equipped with comfortable, plush beds / bedding and plenty of closet space. Each room also has a large smart TV. All TVs have ROKU or AMAZON Fire Stick for you to use.



The large basement is a great space for you to hang out with friends, have the kids play area, or just unwind and relax. The basement is fully renovated with 3 full sized futons, a large smart TV, & an air hockey table!

Perfect space for families and groups. Please note the entrance to the basement is through the garage*

Pets must be house trained and not cause any damage to the property.

We ask that you keep your pets off the furniture and beds, and that you clean up after them both indoors and outdoors.

Any damage caused by your pet will be your responsibility, and you will be charged for any necessary repairs or cleaning.





HOUSE RULES:

No Smoking Inside, NO PARTIES. No Gatherings. NO UNREGISTERED GUESTS. Please Indicate the exact numbers of the guests staying prior to booking.



Be kind to the neighbors. Do not block their parking spots/driveways. If you BREAK THE NO PARTY RULE, you will be asked to leave and forfeit your rent. We have the right to assess a $2000 if these rules are violated.



This home is in a residential neighborhood so please observe the quiet times— 10:00pm to 7:00am.



LOCAL GUESTS - please send us a message before booking. We CANNOT/ WILL NOT HOST local guests without prior authorization or pre-approval. We have the right to decline/refuse a reservation if appropriate prescreening process is not completed.



Interaction with Guests:

You are welcome to contact us with questions through the Airbnb app should anything come up during your stay— we are not far away.. but we do not interact directly with guests unless it’s necessary. We make sure you feel like you're in your home-away-from-home, free of intrusion.
