Sleeps up to 4 guests with three full bathrooms, giving everyone plenty of space during longer stays.

The fully equipped kitchen is stocked for everyday cooking, whether you’re preparing quick breakfasts before work or cooking full meals at home.
The open living and dining areas provide comfortable places to relax, work, or enjoy time together.
High-speed WiFi (465 Mbps) and a dedicated workspace make working remotely easy and reliable.
An in-unit washer and dryer help make longer stays feel effortless.
Outside, enjoy the backyard patio with your morning coffee or unwind after a long day.

Comfortable Longer Stays

Guests consistently tell us they appreciate how quiet, comfortable, and well-maintained the home is. Many have stayed for weeks or even months, often mentioning how easy it was to settle in and feel at home.
The home is professionally managed by William and supported by co-host Necole, so if something comes up during your stay, you’ll have responsive local support.
Well-behaved pets are welcome.
If your plans change and you need more space, less space, or a longer stay, let William know. We manage several nearby properties and can often help without interrupting your stay.
To help keep Chase House comfortable for every guest, we ask that you observe a few simple house guidelines:
• Only registered guests may stay at the property.
• Please leave furniture where it is unless we’ve approved moving it beforehand.
• Hallway, living room, and dining room lamps are on timers and should remain on.
• At checkout, please strip used beds and place linens in the laundry basket.
• Please use the black towels provided for makeup removal.
• Use curling irons in the bathroom only.
• Please rinse dishes before loading the dishwasher and use dishwasher detergent only.
• This is a non-smoking home. If you smoke outside, please dispose of cigarette butts properly.
