  • Perfect for a staycation or work-from-home alternative! This grand home in Midtown Kansas City puts you close to the action. Enjoy easy access to the Sprint Center, Country Club Plaza, UMKC, Rockhurst University, Crown Center, the National WWI Museum and Memorial, and the Kauffman Center for the Performing Arts—all less than 10 minutes away. Arrowhead and Kauffman Stadiums are just 15 minutes away. Go Chiefs! Go Royals!

    I am available from 8am through around 9pm 7 days a week. I do my best to respond within minutes. Occasionally, it takes longer.

    The Hyde Park neighborhood, in midtown Kansas City, is located between the Country Club Plaza and downtown, and is just minutes away from the Plaza, the Nelson and Kemper museums, Crown Center, the Crossroads Arts District and all the entertainment and cultural amenities the city has to offer.

    You will have access to everything in the home except the basement. The full, unfinished basement is available to you during inclement weather.

    This property is properly registered under Short-Term Rental License No. CD-STR-00456.

Comfort of home, away from home!

Staying at Historic House in Hyde Park, rental was an absolute delight! The property was spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, and equipped with all the amenities one could ask for. The location was perfect, with convenient access to local attractions and amenities. The host was incredibly friendly and responded promptly to all our queries. The ease of check-in and check-out made our stay stress-free. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I highly recommend this location for a memorable stay.
