Guests have full private access to the entire home, including all four bedrooms, three bathrooms, two living areas, kitchen, dining room, and all outdoor spaces—two balconies, a front porch, a large back deck, and the backyard.

You’ll also have free off-street parking in a long driveway that can fit multiple vehicles.

Please note: There is a locked closet near the front entrance leading to the basement, and one additional closet off the living room that is also locked. These are used for owner storage, but you’ll still have plenty of closet and storage space throughout the home for your belongings.

Feel free to make yourself at home and enjoy all the available spaces!

Our home is located in Pendleton Heights, a charming and historic neighborhood just minutes from downtown Kansas City. If you’re looking for a quiet place to relax that’s still close to all the action, this is the perfect spot.

Exciting updates are coming to Kessler Park, located just a few houses away enhancing walking trails, playgrounds, and scenic spaces for guests to enjoy during their stay.

Planning ahead for FIFA World Cup 2026? Kansas City is one of the official host cities, and our home offers the perfect location for easy access to stadium events and city festivities. Our home will book quickly! Book a 7 night stay and receive a free mid-stay cleaning (fresh linens, towels, and refill of coffees, and condiments). More amenities to be announced as we get closer, just note that we are going to do our best to ensure your game day experience at our home is smooth and as stress free as we can!
