I was assigned to an old building initially. The height of the shower head in the bathtub is quite low . I went to discuss with the front desk regarding my concern. She awared and acknowledged it . She has assigned another room for me with standing shower asap. I really apprciate their effort in managing this issue . The breakfast was very good . The staffs and services are excellent . I would recommend to others with this resonable price .

飯店老舊，床跟枕頭舒適性沒有，房間灰塵太多，浴室霉斑隨處可見大範圍 不過早餐選擇豐富！服務人員親切 整體來說不算乾淨舒適的飯店，但是以點數用便宜價格住宿，算是賺到一趟高雄行還算超值

台湾のホテルは全体的に値段の割にレベルが低いのですが、このホテルもそうでした。一番驚いたのは、ハンガーが足りなかったので、要求したところ、予備はないので自分で買ってきてくれと言われたたことです。冗談かと思いました。とにかく、通常備えられていると思われる設備、アメニティーが無いので、止まる予定の方は要チェックです。

12月26日から4泊しました。 周辺環境は静かです。美麗島駅11番出口、六合夜市に近いのはよいです。エレベーターやエスカレータがないので、スーツケース持って昇り降りはきつかった。日中はロビーに日本人がいましたが、夕方以降は、日本語が通じません。 今どき、セーフティボックスや、ナイトウェアがついてないのはマイナスポイント。朝食は、あまり期待できないでしょう。寝るだけで、最低限でいいという人向けです。

Your hotel not only is it dirty physically. But my family encounter non-living things that forces us to change hotel immediately after seeing it. We will not go back your hotel in this entire life.

建物自体は古く今時のホテルとまでは行きませんでしたが、地下鉄入口からも近く、六合夜市も徒歩ですぐなので、観光して疲れてもホテルに戻ってしっかり休憩してから夜市に気軽に行けるベストロケーションです。 スタッフに日本語ができる方がいて、私達が日本人と分かったら日本語で挨拶をしてくれて、丁寧かつ親切にホテルの説明をしてくれました。 朝食のスタッフもとても親切で丁寧でした。 お勧めできるホテルです。

Don't disturbサインを消してまで部屋を掃除してくれるサービス精神
出張で2連泊しました。 部屋にDon't disturbのサインを出しておいたにも関わらず、外出中に部屋の掃除に勝手に入られ、いくつか私物を動かされました。その挙句、Don't disturbサインをOFFにして出て行ったようです。私物は絶対に人に触られたくないのと、あまり人の目に触れさせたくないので、部屋を出るときにDon't disturbサインを確認しています。 洗面台に置きっぱなしにしていた石鹸がなくなっていましたが、ゴミ箱に入っている物以外は捨てない、というルールは守っているようですし、物を盗まれたということはないようです。しかし、Don't disturbで部屋に入ってきている時点で論外。このホテルのサインは、ベッドサイドのスイッチを操作する必要があるので、部屋の一番奥まで入ったのは確実です。 設備面では、部屋はやや古いが問題なし、水回りがかなり古く清掃にも限界があるという印象。 ほぼ中華料理しかないが朝食の種類は多い。これは書くか迷ったが、豚挽き肉に人の頭髪らしき黒いひも状のものがくっついていました いずれにせよ、私自身はプライバシーが守られることが第一なので、このグループのホテルには今後、二度と泊まることはないと思います。
