Staff attentive, although you have to attract their attention as reception desk is located on back wall. Some (not many) English speakers. Room was a highlight with bath and shower’s sweeping views of Love River and city. But remember to switch off the lights if you shower at night - yes pedestrians can see you showering! Coin laundry was very handy.

An incredible view of the love river from this hotel. Rooms were clean and the bed and pillows were incredibly comfortable. From our room you could bathe in the bathtub and see the amazing view. There is some audible noise when people go in and out of their rooms, and there is very light (dulled down) road noise, so make sure to bring earplugs if you’re a light sleeper. Great food options across the river (10-15 mins walk). Not too far from public transport. Highly recommend. Highly recommend

整體上飯店看起來還不錯，但是細緻上來看，在隔音上，如果需要安靜的旅客，這一間飯店可能需要三思。 你可以在房間一直聽到隔壁的人在跟小孩講話，不然就是聽到隔壁的電視聲，不然就是聽到走廊的講話聲。 牆壁非常的薄，門也非常的不隔音。 淋浴間會漏水😓 這間飯店小孩非常的多，建議需要安靜的旅客轉往其他間飯店。 這一間也沒有提供vip access……的服務

A very modern, luxurious hotel with everything you need for your trip. Located close to the harbour with lots to do in the area. Our room was neat and clean. Staff was very friendly and helpful. We very much enjoyed our stay here!

I had a great stay at Harbour 10 Hotel. The room size was good, clean, a nice view of Love River and staff were accommodating. Wifi connection is pretty good too. 7Eleven is right next door for your convenience and Love River is across the road. The light rail station is less than 10 minutes walk (Love Pier station) and the best way to getting around as it stops at many tourist spots, Dream Mall being one and is the largest shopping mall in Taiwan which is worth a visit with many great eateries and shopping. Overall I had a great stay at Harbour 10 Hotel and will definitely stay here again if I ever return.

最寄りの駅からは少し距離は有ります。 外観・室内ともに良いです。 愛河を眺め、くつろげました。 シャワーはしっかり出ます。 朝食は付いていなかったで、いろいろなところへ行きました。 これはこれで楽しいです。 ホテルの横にセブンイレブンがあり、とても便利です。 日本語対応は無いです。 片言の英語で対応してくれました。

房間有提供嬰兒床，澡盆，消毒鍋很方便。但飯店停車場大一點車子停不進去，週邊停車場又都有點距離，攜家帶眷的旅遊有點不太方便。 早餐餐廳不足以容納房客，也沒做好分流，導致有些房客吃早餐還要候位（住那麼多飯店第一次遇到）
