Benvenuti nel nostro bellissimo condominio sulla costa di cocco! Questo è un appartamento con una camera da letto a Kapaa, sull'isola di Kauai. Ha un letto king size nella camera da letto e un divano letto matrimoniale nel soggiorno. Ciò significa che può ospitare comodamente fino a 4. Il condominio dispone di una cucina completa, tutti gli elettrodomestici (compreso un frullatore per quelle grandi bevande tropicali), piatti, biancheria, ecc.

L'unità dispone di accesso a Internet WiFi e TV e cavo intelligenti. Lasciamo anche asciugamani da spiaggia, torce elettriche, boogie boards, refrigeratori e sedie a sdraio per il vostro uso. Finora, i nostri ospiti sono stati meravigliosi di lasciarli per la prossima persona e persino aggiungere alla collezione! Ci sono barbecue a gas a bordo piscina. Tutto ciò di cui hai bisogno sono i tuoi pantaloncini, slippahs e un sorriso!

Questa è una unità al secondo piano con una splendida vista della costa di cocco e si trova a circa 300 metri dalla spiaggia attraverso un campo in erba con un marciapiede che porta dall'unità alla spiaggia. Le foto della spiaggia sono prese dalla fine del marciapiede guardando Nord e Sud. Come puoi vedere, la spiaggia è molto tranquilla e poco affollata.

Plantation Hale si trova a Kapaa, a circa otto miglia a nord dell'aeroporto di Lihue. È vicino al Marketplace di Coconut Plantation per quelli di voi che conoscono l'isola. La strada principale attorno a Kauai ha la forma di un ferro di cavallo senza strade sulla sponda nord. Siamo situati nel centro del ferro di cavallo e le stesse distanze fino alla fine della strada in entrambe le direzioni.

È possibile pescare, nuotare e fare snorkeling nella spiaggia antistante o praticare body surfing, boogie boarding, kayak, sci nautico o golf a breve distanza. C'è anche un sacco di shopping a portata di mano. Negozi di souvenir e gallerie d'arte abbondano con molti piccoli ristoranti divertenti nella città di Kapaa. Rooms were great nice and clean and all the swim/ beach gear was awesome. Only down fall is the sliding glass doors are very hard to open to the lanai.

The property was in poor shape..the air conditioning was poor and the filtration poor. the tub shower was in poor condition. the kitchen cardboards where in very poor condition and would not stay closed.

The condo was spotless when we arrived. The location is perfect, plenty of restaurants and shopping near by but the condo itself is off the busy road and very quiet. We LOVED getting up each morning and watching the sunrise from the balcony while enjoy our morning coffee and tea! It was so very helpful to have all the beach chairs and coolers as well.

We stayed in Kapaa because our son lived here years ago and wanted to stay where he lived. That being said it was an awesome spot to stay because we were mid way between the amazing views of the north coast and the great beaches of the south shore. The condo was nice for an island rental, not the ritz but we didn’t come to Kauai for the condo. The hot water was not working to the bathroom sink and it was fixed the next day without us even being present. The rental agency was very responsive and professional. I would gladly rent from them again.

The description was pretty on point. The kitchen was a bit outdated but clean. Everything was clean and saw zero critters/bugs. The a/c worked wonders!!!! I felt very able to relax after a long day, as well as safe. I did not utilize the laundry, so there is no comment there. The host was extremely communicative and available if I had any questions. There were binders and literature for suggestions on activities. Plus, there was a nice welcoming bottle of wine. I would recommend this condo. The location was absolutely perfect as well.

Perfect location, driving distance to everything. 5 minute walk to the beach. Very clean place. They had all the supplies we needed. There were kitchen supplies, beach chairs, and coolers. The balcony also had a lovely view and was very private.

Good central location to visit the entire island. Not fancy but very nice and clean. Beach was beautiful but the surf was rough and deep. Swimming and snorkeling is not advisable. But the condo location made it easy to visit the other beaches and enjoy all the island has to offer. Pools were very clean but the bar-b-que pit did not work. The neighborhood has great shopping, markets, and restaurants. Much within walking distance. We had all the conveniences we wanted.

We spent a week here. Very comfortable bed and nice towels. Quiet place and lots of space. Had some fun treats and a bottle of wine to welcome us. We weren’t cooking but everything was there. Would stay here again. Only down side was when we walked to the beach it seemed like homeless, or campers. Not sure. It’s not really a beach to hang out on so no worries!!! Sooo many awesome beaches to enjoy!! Do it!!

Stayed here with one friend. The apartment was super clean and in a location that has a number of great restausrants, cafes and stores. About a 15 min drive from the airport. We wanted to explore a lot do the north side of the island which was about a 35-40 min drive but it’s a real scenic and beautiful trip in a car. Would definitely recommend

This place was fantastic! Stocked with tons of beach goodies and comfy!! Perfect little set up and nice kitchen! You can walk to many great places close by! The coconut marketplace has tons of shopping and food options!! We will most definitely be back!!

+ note: the shower head was broken and it was replaced next day . That was great. -:: Photos are not as accurate. Apartment needs a bit of tune up, bathroom, kitchen.. No washing machine or dishwasher in the apartment , the floor mop was dirty , asked for another and was told that this would be taken care of after we check out. The bed cover needed to be washed, especially throw pillows . This side of the island is windy , big waves, our teenager could not swim nearby, we had to drive to north shore beaches where it was calmer. It has nothing to do with apartment but something to keep in mind when booking.

we had one issue, the bedroom had no AC, the property management sent a portable unit immediately you could not use both at the same time. we had guest for two days on the pull out couch in the living room we had to alternate AC at night.

We loved the location. Walking distance to shops, food, etc. The beach is close but you need to walk just a little further down to be in a better spot to safely get in. The place was cute, lots of beach stuff to utilize on the balcony, fairly comfortable bed and a free bottle of wine. They did not have our reservation prepared for a late check in which they were informed about. We had to wait for quite some time in the middle of the night for them to text back and forth about our reservation to let us in. The following morning my husband had to go back to the office to get a key. We also got our key deactivated in the middle of our stay. Which was infuriating after a long day out and ready to rest. The cabinet doors were falling off. One sliding door will lock you out on the balcony. Thank goodness I was there to let my husband back inside. The bedroom AC is ridiculously loud. They only provide 1 roll of toilet paper so depending on the length of your stay it may not be enough. And for some strange reason the coffee was decaf.

Overall this rental is good location, value for the money. Dishwasher would have been useful, but there was none. Absolutely no extra blankets or bedsheets, so families with kids might want to carry one. Check-in was a bit confusing as the front desk of the property couldn't see my reservation, when i called the rental management they sorted it out,which is good. Also, they honored my request for an early Check in by 1 hr. There were plenty dishes and cookware. Beach chairs and umbrella were useful.
