“We spent one night at the motel on our West Coast trip. We arrived after reception hours and easily found our keys. The room was warm and cozy, the small modern kitchenette was very useful for a quick dinner. Everything good.”

“Classico grand hotel, in posizione strategica all'inizio dei principali trail del parco. Per quello che costa però la camera non è niente di speciale, il parcheggio è sproporzionatamente piccolo per gli ospiti, il personale di reception e sala alla colazione con cui abbiamo avuto a che fare era giovane e/o inesperto... Ma in un posto così vivi di rendita...”

“Very quiet considering the number of rooms. Friendly and helpful staff. Small, but enough space. Comfy bed. Heated tiles in bathroom were so lovely after a long day hiking in the snow. The laundry was a reasonable walk and a little hard to find, even with directions. Limited food options especially Monday and Tuesday nights, so be organised or prepared to pay $$$ for dinner at the Hermitage. It was good food but expensive. Dinner at the Chamois onsite was good food and reasonable priced, but...

“Just a one night stay on our roadie down the West Coast to the snow, to check out the glacier and have a walk. Unit was as expected, new and warm. Was fine for our needs.”

“A convenient motel with all the facilities we needed for self-catering in the centre of Fox Glacier and an easy drive to all the major tourist attractions. We were only there one night but would have been happy to use as a base for a longer stay.”
