Fantastic
Palm garden was great! Rooms were clean and cleaned daily with great care! Internet worked great. Food was absolutely amazing! The staff are so welcoming and friendly and it’s fun to watch the baits come in and out in the morning!

We were at Palm Garden for one night on our way around the island and wish we had stayed longer! The room was beautiful and clean with a wonderful view of the beach (especially the sunrise!) The staff was very friendly and accommodating.

Virkelig lækkert hotel! Ligger et stykke væk fra byen, men ikke en nødvendighed at forlade hotellet, da man har mulighed for det meste her. Stille og fredeligt ophold med en dejlig pool og mulighed for at snorkle lige nedenfor hotellet.

Beaucoup de moustiques et d’insectes. Les portes d’entrée laisse entrer certains insectes mal isolés. La plage est remplie de bateau. La vue est polluée. Personnel pas très accueillant..

Tak for dit ophold på resortet.Med hensyn til de lokale på stranden, vær venlig at forstå, at efter to år uden turister i Amed og dermed ingen indtægt, er de desperate efter at sælge deres nipsgenstande til gæsterne. De prøver bare at tjene til livets ophold.Vores personale gør hele tiden deres bedste for at uddanne dem, men det lykkes ikke altid.Tak for din forståelse.

Vom ersten bis zum letzten Tag haben wir uns sehr wohlgefuelt hier.sehr gepflegte Anlage.Das gesamte Hotelpersonal vom Zimmerservice ueber Gaertner,restaurantbedienung bis zum Manager der Anlage ist absolut TOP!! Sehr gutes frisch zubereitetes Fruehstueck(kein Buffet),relativ grosse Auswahl an balinesischen und auch internationalen Gerichten zu vernuenftigen Preisen im Restaurant zu Mittag oder Abend.Ein fahrbarer Untersatz ist zu empfehlen,da etwas abseits.kleinste Laeden sind in ca.500 bis 800 Meter zu Fuss zu erreichen.Der Strand ist Relativ schmal und eigentlich auch nicht zum Sonnen bzw.liegen geeignet da dort die Fischer ihre Boote stehen haben.ist aber absolut kein problem,da die poolanlage direkt dahinter liegt und schoenen Meerblick bietet.Einziges Manko ist dass die Strasse direkt hinter dem Resort verlaueft und in der Fruehe recht laut ist.Auch die Haehne seien hier erwaent,die kraehen ab morgens um 4.Ansonsten eignet sich dass hotel sehr schoen als Ausgangspunkt fuer Schnorchel oder Tauchtouren.Das japanische Schiffswrack ist ca.2 kilometer entfernt und der Korallengarten von Jemeluk ist auch nicht mehr als 5 kilometer entfernt.Sehr urspruengliches Bali,kein Vergleich zum Massentourismus im Sueden von Bali.

Das Hotel ist gut zum erholen, weil es etwas abgelegen liegt. Die Gartenanlage ist sehr gepflegt sowie auch der Pool. Das Frühstück ist ausreichend ( man kann auf der Karte Gerichte auswählen ). Die Zimmerreinigung ist OK, nur ein Fernseher fehlt. Am Morgen wird man hier von den Hähnen geweckt 5:00 Morgens, also nichts für Langschläfer oder die einen leichten Schlaf haben. Am Strand kann man sich leider nicht hinlegen weil er mit Fischerbooten vollgepfroft ist. Am Pool sind aber ausreichen Liegen vorhanden incl. Sonnenschirme. Die Wasserqualität ist aber hervorragend im Meer, perfekt zum Schnorcheln geeignet. Aber leider wird dieses kleine Riff bald der Vergangenheit angehören. Weil es leider Leute gibt die dort zu Fuß bei Ebbe dort herumlaufen, viele Korallen sind dort schon abgebrochen. Das kleine Restaurant auf der anderen Straßenseite ist zu empfehlen sowie das Good Karma Restaurant.

Отличный отель. Второй раз приехали сюда и забронировали номера родителям на юбилей. В этот раз было даже комфортнее. Похоже выполнены некоторые доработки в плане ремонта. Смесители и раковина выглядет новее. Матрас и подушки комфортнее. И больше нет огромной щели под дверью, возможно ее полностью заменили. Хорошие кондиционеры Daikin с режимом для сна, в прошлом году такого не помню. Есть бокалы, открывашка и холодильник в номере. В бассейне похоже что обновлена плитка. Завтраки как всегда сытные и вкусные. Район в Амеде, на наш взгляд, самый лучший, и близко до Lipah beach. Были в другом отеле с большим рейтингом и могу сказать, что нам все равно этот отель нравится больше всего. Персонал не очень любезный и дружелюбный, но одна девушка на ресепшене (15.10) была очень общительной и отзывчивой. Очень понравилась по общению.

Hôtel sympathique, en face de la mer. Chambre standard de bonne taille qui présente les installations adéquates (wifi, climatiseur, frigo, etc). En revanche la salle de bain bien que couverte est située a l’extérieure de la chambre et donc ouverte par le toit. Pas vraiment agréable pour se rafraîchir... Également à noter que les abords de l’hôtel et de la chambre sont très bruyants. L’hotel est situé au long d’une route passante, donc il faut savoir dormir avec le bruit des scooters et voitures pour pouvoir apprécier le cadre de l’hotel. .

This hotel is pretty far from Amed centre. You are reliant upon a scooter or the hotel’s offers. The hotel provides scooters and transfers but to excessively high prices. We paid 77k IDR for a scooter for 12 hours (not 24hrs as everywhere else). The speedometer did not work and the scooter hardly had any power which we however needed in this hilly area. We also required a transfer to our next location which they offered at a price more than 40% higher than we finally paid (and this was even comparably high). Although the hotel is far from the center it is located directly next to a busy road which can be very annoying. Apart from that the hotel facilities are nice with a clean pool and nice restaurant with view on the beach. Also most of the staff were really nice and even fulfilled special wishes at dinner.

Das Standardzimmer ist sehr bescheiden ausgestattet. (kein telefon, tv, wenig licht). Das zimmer war sehr hellhörig (tagsüber verkehrslärm, nachts/morgens hunde jaulen und hahn krähen) Das Personal war im vergleich etwas weniger freundlich aber immer hilfsbereit. Die anlage, die umgebung und das essen gefiel uns sonst sehr gut.

Complexe à echelle humaine et très bien placé. Loin de la foule et du tumulte d'Amed. Accès direct à la plage où il est possible de faire du snorkeling facilement. Le restaurant est très bien et propose des tarifs abordables même si un peu gonflés par le tourisme. Seul un coq chantant un peu quand il voulait est venu entâcher ce séjour au top.

En skøn lille oase
Dette hotel er en skøn lille oase, når man ser det ude fra vejen, ser det ikke ud af meget, men så snart man kommer ind, er det som at træde i d i en helt anden verden, den skønneste lille oase. Hotellets restaurant er hyggelig, med udsigt over pool og strand. Her bliver serveret skøn og velsmagende mad.

Tout simplement idyllique
Superbe petit hôtel en bord de plage. Nous avions une chambre avec piscine privative du plus bel effet et à petit prix comparé aux prix en Europe. La plage est utilisée par les pêcheurs et pas hyper pratique pour la baignade, mais pas de soucis grâce à la magnifique piscine de l’hôtel. De plus les sessions de snorkeling sont superbes et ce à 10 mètres du bord de l’hôtel. Nous avons vu des raies et une tortue et une myriade de poissons multicolores. La cuisine est excellente même si on peut trouver moins cher ailleurs, les massages excellents aussi même si plus chers qu’en face mais au moi s on a de vraies masseuses et pas seulement des étaleuses de crème. Un vrai paradis que cet hôtel que nous espérons retrouver prochainement

Perfect location for a quiet getaway!
A lovely boutique resort, tucked away in the Amed region! Its a beautiful resort that is well laid out, facing the ocean. Nice swimming pool. Rooms are clean & spacious, with all the amenities required. The food here is amazing and fresh! The local area is very quaint and feels much more like the Bali of old. Sadly, there was much rubbish & plastics on the beach and in the water, a sign of poor waste management processes. Hoping education will change this.

Zugegeben, es ist ziemlich weit außerhalb von Amed und somit sehr ruhig gelegen, aber in diesem Hotel muss man sich einfach wohl fühlen! Das Essen wird immer frisch zubereitet, schmeckt sehr köstlich und auch das preisliche Niveau im Hotel ist günstig! Wir würden wieder in diesem Hotel einchecken!

Nice hotel away from busy Amed streets
The Palm Garden is a very nice resort at the end of Amed's busy streets. Its located on a strip of white sandy beach adjacent to a very cozy pool. The bungalows have a small terrace in the front, a King-size bed and a open-air shower (not sure how practical that is when it is raining). Breakfast was also nice- you are given a menu from which you can pick a set amount of breakfast dishes. All in all, this place was very nice and peaceful after a couple days of intense diving. I would highly recommend it.

Das Resort ist ziemlich abgelegen von Amed. Am besten einen Roller mieten. Am Strand liegen viele Fischerboote die frühmorgens aufs Meer fahren. Direkt neben dem Resort ist das Fischerdorf. Früh am Morgen krähen die Hähne. Wer lärmempfindlich ist, sollte Ohropax im Gepäck haben. Die Gartenbungalows sind schön,gut unterhalten und sauber. Die Bedienund im Restaurant freundlich, das Essen war gut und das Frühstück ausgezeichnet.

Nous avons séjourné dans une villa avec piscine privée. Superbe. Point négatif les pêcheurs sur la plage sont un peu intrusif pour vendre des tours en bateau, session snorkeling ou souvenir en tout genre. Le restaurant est excellent et le personnel très sympathique.

Det var nogen skønne værelser og selve hotellet var fint, men naboerne ved siden af, larmede meget og der kom en del lugte derover fra. Lørdag aften larmede de så meget at vi troede vi boede ved siden af en natclub. Maden på hotellet er fin, og det er servicen også, alt personale er meget imødekommende. Vi lejede en knallert da det ligger lidt fra byen, hvilken vi var meget glade for. Lige ud for hotellet er der god mulighed for a snorkel og hvis man kører 2 km væk så er der et japansk vrag som man ikke behøver at dykke ved, det er fint med snorkel

Super entspannend!
Wir verbrachten 4 Nächte als ersten Stopp im Palm Garden Amed Resort. Unser Zimmer war groß und mit AC ausgestattet. Das Frühstück bietet eine große Auswahl sodass jeder etwas schmackhaftes finden kann. Besonders empfehlenswert sind die Fruchtshakes. Auch das Abendessen war super lecker. Das Hotel bietet verschiedene Spa Angebote sowie Ausflüge in die Umgebung an. Wer gerne- wie wir, tauchen möchte dem wird natürlich auch durch die Rezeption geholfen und ein dive Instruktor kommt zum Gespräch ins Hotel. Sehr gepflegte Anlage, tolles Team! Definitiv zu empfehlen!

Wir hatten ein sehr sauberes Zimmer mit eigenem Pool und Blick auf den Strand vor der Anlage des Hotels. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und kompetent, die Küche ausgezeichnet.
