“Arrival & Atmosphere We arrived around 3 PM and check-in was smooth - there was one staff member at the front desk who was expecting us. However, the resort felt unusually quiet, almost empty. During our stay, most facilities appeared closed, including dining and the spa. It’s unclear whether these are only available in peak season. “The bathroom did not have any body wash, shampoo or conditioner. It only had hand wash at the sink. Unfortunately heater was not workable and room extremely cold. Kitchen was very well equiped for a family stay and a good size bin in the kichen. We had the park view room ..2 rooms a queen and two singles. But the cold affected all of us. “This is a modern, smart and very clean airport hotel. All members of staff we met were friendly and helpful. It was a very cold winter's day and we really appreciated that the heat pump in our room had been turned on beforehand and it was lovely and cosy for our arrival. We also appreciated the small bottle of boutique A2 milk which was waiting for us in our small fridge. The main room was contemporary in style and minimalist; the bed was perfectly comfortable. “My family and friends really had a wonderful stay at Magnolia Park. In fact, this was the best accommodation we have stayed so far! The cottage was very tidy and spacious with complete kitchen appliance and cutlery. Andrew was also very nice and accommodating. We even had a quick tour at the farm, picked some fruits, and the kids also enjoyed the animals. Unfortunately, we were not able to take a dip at the pool since the water was freezing cold. Nevertheless, we still had an awesome time!...
