“Checking in and out was simple and quick with friendly, courteous staff. The pool was smaller than expected so we left that to families with smaller kids. Room was nice and cool which was appreciated as it was a hot day when we checked in.”

But instead had to wait around another 3 hours. I also think, that any extra costs or “bond” for the booking should be highlighted or clearly mentioned in hotel policies & or upon booking confirmation.
