“I was shown to my room, it looked like it had never been cleaned, at least 4 spiders in the bathroom at first glance, webs everywhere. Ants on the floor, in the bed, on the tables (where I was expected to eat). No soap or toiletries as stated on the website. The bathroom light didn't even work, I had to use a headtorch despite reporting it to staff. I went to ask where the facilities were because noone said anything to me. “This is a great hotel, very well situated opposite Miramar beach and right between Miramar and Donna Paula. The staff were helpful and courteous, the room and facilities were immaculate. The roof top pool is a lovely area to relax with great views and a gentle breeze off the sea. There is also a small but beautifully equipped gym. An overall fantastic stay and highly recommended.”
