“We stayed here for one night hoping it would improve our day but it completely ruined it. We payed 240$ on Expedia but than when we got there they charged us an extra 68$ for a fee because apparently our 2 small children require a “adult fee” even though my youngest one is literally 12. Than they had the audacity to charge even more to “update our room” because we had a 10lb puppy even after I already payed the pet fee. Keep in mind none of these fees were mentioned on the website and details....
