It's like somebody bought a Ramada 10 years ago, and haven't had a maintenance person on staff since. The building is slowly decaying...

“Make sure if you have a baby staying with you you dont get put a floor with teenage hockey players... suppose to be a heated pool then why was it so cold ...told staff pool didn't heat up till the next morning very disappointing”
