“While the staff at the hotel were friendly, there were many things wrong with this hotel. The air conditioning in the front lobby was out and it was very hot. The elevator was out of service. The room air conditioning did not get cold. All of the TVs were out of service. There was a tank top and toys that have been left in the room from previous occupant.”

“It was a great stay! The pool was kept at a great temperature. The staff was great and helpful. Even the breakfast was good. They ran out of pancake mix and she didn’t hesitate to make some more 15 min before breakfast was over. The front desk was easy to talk to and helpful when I asked questions. The room was clean and didn’t smell bad like some hotels. I really enjoyed our stay.”

“The courtyard was filled with pretty flowers. The breakfast was complimentary and a nice start to the day. Staff was helpful when asking for something. Well placed to go anywhere in Indiana.”

“Stayed here for a visit to IU with my son. Location is perfect for the campus tour- the building where it starts is located about 100 feet away! The hotel is attached to the student union so there are plenty of food options and it was a great place to cool off and rest in between our campus appointments.”

“I could not understand the staff's heavy accents. The room made my allergies flare up, so I booked a better room left the following morning. Plus some assistant manager just walked in on me when I was naked. The worst experience ever in a hotel that I can recall. It's hard to trust those who don't take much effort to learn how to communicate. Give me a break.”
