“Asked for the sofa bed to be made after 6pm at front desk when checking in but when we got back around 11:30 pm the sofa bed was not made. Texted the number that welcomed our arrival and if we needed anything to text back, did so and no response until next morning the text said I could text back to check out and no mention of the previous text. “Stayed at Brookstreet Hotel for a business trip and it exceeded expectations. The rooms are very well equipped with everything you need, and the beds are extremely comfortable - made it easy to relax after long days. The conference facilities were excellent, and the event staff were truly outstanding - professional, attentive, and well organized throughout. Overall, a fantastic experience and I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again for business or leisure.”

“We arrived at 6 PM and the room was not yet properly made up. We are three adults and all that was made up was the one king size bed we had been charged $60 for the three nights for an extra person. The front desk person told us it was Expedia’s fault, but then they brought in a maid to make up the rest of the room while we were in the room. The TV didn’t work. “I enjoyesd my stay the only downside is that the room is not serviced the American way i stayed in room 208 it can get noisy the weekend from guest from the restaurant smoking outside the window all problems that inhad was handle right away or next business day ”
