“The room was large, linen beautiful, nice bathroom and shower!! The vent in the room was very loud all night no way of adjusting to make air noise stop! I didnt sleep toll 02 and noise did not stop till 07.”

Called the front desk for help. but the man who came had no practical idea how to manage the controls. Eventually he told us to turn the entire system off. Not ideal. Pillows were way too thick for either of us. Carpet needed cleaning. Scrambled eggs seemed to come from some kind of mystery mix. We doubted that they had recently been inside...
