    Questa lussuosa villa completamente arredata si trova proprio su una spiaggia sabbiosa di Diliso, a pochi chilometri da Nea Styra nell'Evia meridionale. In un ambiente tropicale, facilmente raggiungibile da Atene (45 minuti in auto da Agia Marina e poi 40 minuti in traghetto). Una posizione ideale per vacanze in famiglia. È possibile recarsi ad Atene per una giornata di visite turistiche. Se la tua vacanza da sogno è trascorrere l'intera giornata su una spiaggia e nuotare in acque cristalline, se sei un amante della natura e ti piace rilassarti, questo è il posto giusto. Per la sera ci sono molte pittoresche taverne di pescatori a pochi chilometri di distanza.

Greece holiday

Amazing house and location with very quiet, safe beach. Owners extremely helpful, friendly and accommodating. Some food provided so we didn’t need to worry for a few days. Great directions as house is 10-15 minutes off the main road. Would highly recommend staying here.

AMAZING

What a beautiful villa! We were a family of 7 adults, 3 teenagers and a 19 month old toddler, we all loved our stay it was so relaxing and fantastic being so close to the beach, BBQ’s and wonderful to have an authentic Greek meal cooked for us two nights from a recommendation from Maissa. We will be back 😀

Heavenly place

The villa is large and airy, on 3 floors, for us good as family could be v separate with little ones. The sea view is amazing from all rooms. But the crown is the garden and beach. The walk thru garden to beach past rosemary hedges, olive trees, lemon trees, cactus, under a flowering arbour past a shuttlecock net/court to a second sitting area with bbq (not summer) and beach storage to a shallow sandy beach with parasol and beach chairs is heavenly. Sea perfect for little ones & the 5 & 3yr olds swimming greatly improved in confidence. There are kids beach toys in box and we left some more. And so uncrowded its bliss. The house also has a large outdoor eating area with fan, the bbq is huge & a second outside sitting area nearby. More toddler toys there and a toy box in sitting room. TV worked well when kids needed a quieten-down cool-down period. (It was extremely hot weather for our visit!). Amazing lower floor games room with table football, pool table, board games etc. The owners are super helpful, answering all our questions, giving advice on WhatsApp whenever needed (from taxis to supermarkets) making the experience all the easier. The local town is convenient, has a few supermarkets, people v friendly (gave the 5yr old a gift on birthday) and helpful, beachside restaurant etc. Place to eat fish as weirdly cannot buy! In summary this is perfect for anyone, particularly families, looking for a peaceful villa-style holiday.

Wir durften eine traumhafte Woche in diesem wunderschönen Ferienhaus verbringen. Das Haus ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, bestens ausgestattet und bietet alles, was man für einen erholsamen Urlaub braucht. Man merkt sofort, dass hier mit viel Liebe und Sorgfalt auf jedes Detail geachtet wurde.Besonders schön ist die ruhige Lage: ideal zum Entspannen, Genießen und Abschalten. Von hier aus lassen sich zudem tolle Ausflüge in die Umgebung unternehmen. Die sonnigen Tage konnten wir in vollen Zügen genießen und haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt.Auch die Betreuung vor Ort war herzlich und zuverlässig – man fühlt sich sofort willkommen und gut aufgehoben.Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen und kommen mit Sicherheit gerne wieder. Absolut empfehlenswert!

Perfektes Ferienhaus - hohe Erwartung nochmals übertroffen

Familienurlaub mit 4 Erwachsenen und 7 Kindern (1 - 12 Jahre) im August 2022. Alle Erwartungen an die Unterkunft wurden übertroffen. Trotz der tollen Fotos und genauen Beschreibung, kann der tatsächliche Reiz des Ferienhauses nur vor Ort erlebt werden. Buchung und Kontakt zur Vermieterin (spricht sehr gut Deutsch und Englisch) sehr unkompliziert. Maissa war per Chat / Telefon kurz vor und während des Urlaubs stets erreichbar und extrem nett und hilfsbereit. Hochstuhl, Babybett, Laufstall und reichlich Spielzeug für Groß und Klein (inkl. Kickertisch, Billard, Luftmatratzen, Tretboot, Beachvolleyballfeld im Garten) standen zur Verfügung. Einzig das WLAN funktionierte nicht einwandfrei, was jedoch in dieser Location mit vielfältigsten Beschäftigungsmöglichkeiten und im Zeitalter von LTE durchaus zu verkraften war. Es sind praktisch alle notwendigen Dinge im Haus vorhanden (Handtücher, Strandtücher, Sonnenschirm, ausreichende Küchenausstattung, Waschmaschine etc.). Bei Ankunft stand ein prall gefüllter Obstkorb und Gebäck bereit. Nach 5 Tagen erfolgte eine Zwischenreinigung mit Wechsel der Bettwäsche und Handtücher. Die Lage ist kaum zu toppen: riesiger gepflegter Garten (selbst im August grün und in voller Blüte), direkter Meerzugang, atemberaubender Blick von den ausreichend vorhandenen Sitzmöglichkeiten (Balkone, Terrasse am Haus, Terrasse am Strand, überdachte Außenküche etc.). Der weitläufige Strand wird fast ausschließlich von Gästen der benachbarten Ferienhäuser genutzt, die alle ihren eignen Strandzugang haben. Mietwagen oder eigenes Auto sind zwingend notwendig. 15 min mit Auto zum Hafen in Nea Styra, ca. 1,5-2h mit Auto und Fähre nach Athen, zahlreiche Strände, Fischerdörfer und wunderschöne Wanderwege in der Umgebung können über teils unbefestigte Schotterwege (40 min - 2h) erreicht und erkundet werden. Zusammenfassend eine Ferienunterkunft, die kaum Wünsche offen lässt. Es ist schwer in dieser Preisklasse ein vergleichbar schönes Objekt für einen erholsamen Familienurlaub zu finden. Absolute uneingeschränkte Empfehlung.

The Greek Life

Beautiful property. Wonderful property owner. Maisa was extremely helpful and always available. The property is a little hard to find, but Maisa met us at the ferry landing and we followed her to the villa. There was fresh bread, breakfast cakes and rolls, and a lovely fruit basket in the kitchen when we arrived. An outstanding laid back Greek beach house. There was even a Greek wedding just down the beach, and we were all invited for drinks and dancing. The garden, all the way to the beach, was beautifully landscaped.

Fünf Sterne Urlaub bei Freunden

Maissa und ihr Mann sind ganz wunderbare Vermieter/ Gastgeber. Vom ersten Kotakt an gab es eine herzliche Kommunikation, für jedes Anliegen gab es Hilfe/ Rat und Tat. Das Haus und der große Garten sind großzügig angelegt, wunderschön möbliert und vor allem im Garten finden sich tolle Sitzgelegenheiten, vor allem die Strandterrasse und die Terrasse am Pizzaofen/ Grill sind großartig. Wir kommen sicher wieder!

Herrliche Lage direkt am Meer!

+ Kontakt zu Vermieterin Maissa perfekt + durch den wunderschönen Garten kommt man direkt zum glasklaren Meer, der Sandstrand ist sauber und natürlich, genug Liegen und Sonnenschirme. Besonders schön ist dort auch die Terrasse am Strand für den sundowner! + Die Küche ist mit allem incl. Gewürzen, Tee und jedem Gerät ausgestattet. +Alle Terrassen bieten sehr viel Platz, wir waren 10 Personen. Das Haus liegt absolut ruhig. + 6km außerhalb des Ortes: Ein Auto ist unbedingt nötig, am besten ein SUV, denn die Straße ist unbefestigt mit großen Schlaglöchern. + Es sind 4 Schlafzimmer mit normal großen Betten: 160 oder 180, bequem. Blick zur Bucht. + 1 Schlafzimmer ist sehr klein, ohne Aussicht, Fenster gegen eine Wand, Bett nur 140 cm. Bad sehr klein. Lt. Vermieterin soll das aber geändert werden. + Oben im Turmzimmer könnten noch 2 Kinder auf der Galerie untergebracht werden. + Man ist in der Villa zu Gast wie bei Freunden. + wer absolute Ruhe sucht, manchmal in eine Taverne möchte, keinen Wert auf besonderes Sightseeing legt, ist dort bestens aufgehoben. Der Blick auf die Bucht ist genial! + Transfer: Airport Athen, mit dem Shuttle zum Hafen Agia Marina, mit der Fähre nach Nea Styra, Abholung durch die Vermieterin vor Ort, bzw. Übernahme des Leihwagens ebenfalls im Hafen. Hilfe bei allen Buchungen durch Maissa, danke! + Alle Lebensmittel findet man problemlos und günstig im Ort, frischen Fisch am Hafen. Wir haben immer gekocht oder auf dem Aussengrill gegrillt. + Fazit: Wer einen Ort der Ruhe und Erholung sucht ist dort bestens aufgehoben!

An absolutely outstanding holiday villa. The perfect beach family holiday.

From the moment we made our booking, the owner was in contact with us with really helpful tips and eager to accommodate all the possible needs we had. We were a party of 3 families, including our 2 sons and and daughters-in-law with six little children aged 0-6 (2 babies). The owner even met us off the ferry and escorted us to the property (a 15-20 minute journey), which took away all the stress of finding the place after a long journey with tired little children. We have stayed in some amazing villas before, but we all agreed this was the best holiday we have ever had. The beach is really quiet and feels almost private. The sand just perfect and the sea warm enough to just walk into, with a soft sandy bottom. It all felt very safe. There are ample sitting areas inside and out and the garden is really exciting to explore. How could it be improved? The local shops have quite limited options, so I would strongly recommend doing a really big shop from one of the supermarkets on the mainland before arriving (the property has 2 good sized freezers). A large bag of BBQ fuel was supplied by the owner, along with washing up liquid, dish-washer tablets, soaps, shampoos etc. There were plenty of really nice bathroom towels etc as well as loads of beach towels. Next time I would consider bringing a fishing rod for the children, although I agree that's not not easy to pack. Unfortunately, the wind was quite strong during our stay and that meant we were unable to hire a non-skippered motor boat for the day. To be honest, I can't think how it could be improved. Excellent value for money, as probably one of nicest properties on the island. Thank you Maissa for an amazing holiday. George

Großzügiges Haus mit schönem Garten direkt am Strand, viele Rückzugsmöglichkeiten, wunderschönene Terrasse, super Gastgeber, die einem jederzeit helfen udn Dinge organisieren. Wir haben schon sehr viele schöne Unterkünfte gesehen, diese gehört zu den schönsten. zum Entspannen udn gemeinsame Zeit verbringen, bestens geeignet

What a wonderful place!!!

This home is such a beautiful and relaxing place. The views are spectacular! We really didn't want to leave the house but needed to visit family off the island. We want to say special thanks to Massi and Alex for all their help with getting us to the house and set up, securing rides for our daughter's visit, helping us get in contact with our uncle and answering any questions. We truly appreciate all their help. We hope to make it back someday. Andy, Laura and all the family!

An oasis of serenity and tranquility facing the city of Athens

Our expectations have been fully satisfied - the villa has absolutely amazing architecture and awesome surroundings! Everyone can have her/his privacy, even the beach is kind of a "private" beach. One could not believe that this is just an hour and half (ferry incl.) away from Athens. But above all, I would mention the owners - Maissa and Alex who are the main asset of that property. They have welcome us so cordially that the sense of being at home hasn't left us all the time. I believe, we have made friends out there - one more point to return at their villa!

superb villa excellent location

Marissa and Alex the owners met us from the ferry to guide us to the villa. They had stocked the fridge with essentials and some goodies. beautiful villa, very clean it felt like home after just a few hours. all the family large and small enjoyed it. 2 weeks and we spent a lot of it on the beach.

WOW!!! Dear Maissa and Alex, On behalf of my entire family I would like to thank you again for your hospitality, availability, caring and the opportunity to enjoy this amazing house of yours! This property is ideal - it's serene with a beautiful view and it's equipped with everything a family needs (and much more). Peace of mind in a little piece of heaven ;) (The town is just minutes away (car needed)). We had such great time and we already miss it.. can't wait till next year!! Hosts, house, location, sea ... FANTASTIC !!!

This property are amazing. Everything is better then the pictures. Well maintained, cleaned and equipment. The house is built for personal enjoyment with all possible details, not for rent. Private sandy beach with crystal clear and calm sea Hospitality and kindness of the host is above all expectations. We had 2 weeks of perfect vacation. Friends, see you next year

Just Perfect!

We had an amazing family vacation in Greece, at the villa, last week. First, I must recognize the owners, Maissa and Alex. We were so pleased and humbled by their hospitality, Greek style. It was our first time in Greece; anticipating that it may be a little difficult for us (GPS users) to find the villa, Maissa welcomed us at the ferry station (Nea Styra) on our arrival; and the next day, both Maissa and Alex went to Athens airport to receive rest of our family and drove them to the ferry station (Agi Marina) at 10 o'clock at night! Do I need to say anymore? It's a beach front upscale villa, very well maintained, tastefully decorated, and furnished. Spacious five bedrooms with comfortable beds, working air-conditions, and view of the sea. There is plenty of indoor and outdoor lounging area, and garden to relax and enjoy the nature. The location is secluded; hence the beach is private (not crowded). Small town, Nea Styra, is about 10 minutes drive, where island life wakes up at 6 in the evening! Driving to town through mountainous road with breath taking views in each turn is priceless. But the best feature of the villa is its proximity to the nature, where we enjoyed the beautiful deep blue sea, crystal clear water, gentle breeze and warmth of the sun during the day; a beautiful sky filled with countless stars, a big silver moon that shines like a floodlight on the water, at night; and ceaseless sound of gentle waves breaking on the shore, and crickets chirping, all day long! Just Perfect!

the best location I've ever booked! fabulous!

The villa is absolutely fantastic, perfectly furbished and equipped with everything you can ever need. It's right by the sea, with crystal clean water and magnificent landscape. The owners...well, the best part of our holiday: kind, ready to help, we had great time with our new friends!
