“The bathroom smelt awful. Probably from the mold that caked the hose on the shower head top to bottom. The toilet wasn’t even bolted down. The rest of the condo smelt like fried fish. The owner left us one regular towel and 2 small thin rags to last the 3 of us 3 days. There was a price list for if you used a blanket for example. It was far smaller and not nearly as nice as it was represented on Expedia. I did not enjoy my stay.”

“We had an enjoyable stay & even extended for another day. Service was good except for the front desk being late that morning we were extending our stay. Securing guard seems to run the place & really well too. The big disappointment were the appliances in the unit that were not operational - the stove, the microwave & the washer/dryer. The full-size refrigerator was excellent though.”

“ホテルじゃない。コンドです。 １週間以上泊まって、 ドアに、Clean Room の札を出しているのに、 一回も清掃に入らなかった・・・ 元が綺麗なので、まだ大丈夫ですが、 バスタオルの交換とかあるやん・・・ あと、トイレットペーパーなくなるし・・・ 雰囲気とスタッフの感じは良いので、 また利用したいのですが、清掃して欲しい・・・”

“A beautiful stay. We had flights canceled and had to find accommodation, we were so happy to have stayed here the staff made everything so easy and relaxing for us. Melch, Hennessy, and Bj in particular, nothing was a problem. The managers were checking in throughout our stay to make sure all was ok. The facilities are great, it’s clean and the food is very good definitely do the breakfast here. ”
