“Such a beautiful bed and breakfast with great amenities! I enjoyed the gas fireplace with beautiful stone work up to the ceiling:) The king sized bed was very comfortable ,and a large TV was available. The b&b is very attractive. The bathroom was very nice all very clean. The owner/hostess was really nice😊😊”

“ci siamo trovati molto bene in questo hotel. Abbiamo provato a chiedere l'upgrade per stanza con vista mare ma ci hanno chiesto 200 dollari così abbiamo gentilmente declinato. La camera era cmq molto bella, spaziosa e pulita.”

“Struttura trascurata e scadente. Camera con vista su muro, separata da altre camere da una porta di legno quindi rumorosa e poco riservata. Rumore di sciacquino tutta la notte. “Spiaggia” privata si rivela essere nel porto di attracco di yacht e piccole navi da crociera: non fruibile! Poche strutture ricettive e di ristorazione nei dintorni quindi piuttosto scomodo ”

“Tipico b&b del New England in una casetta deliziosa. Buonissima la colazione preparata ogni giorno. Personsle gentilissimo. Camera con arredamento tipico bellissima. Letto comodo. Suggerisco tende più oscuranti. Pulizia ottima.”

“This is a quiet, comfortable, clean environment in walking distance to stores, the beach, restaurants, the post office, and the bus stop. There is parking in front of and a short distance walk from the hotel. The rooms are updated and offer what is needed for a relaxing stay.”

“I recently stayed at the Franklin Hotel during a solo deer hunting trip to Martha's Vineyard. Loved the cleanliness of the entire property and of my room. Though it took a bit to get used to, I also loved the automated check-in process. Front door was locked, but to be fair I am sure it was because of the snow; back door was used instead and worked just fine. Now, I know it was off season, but I also loved the privacy and quietness of the hotel overall. Didn't get to see much of the staff, but...

“Great sea views and all round a fantastic place to stay. The staff can not do enough for you, the service is exceptional. I loved they had nice wine glasses and fridge access with soft drinks and water available 24/7. This is one of my all time favorite stays the set up works perfectly. Would love to visit again.”
