A super unique feature is the large number of bicycles available for guests to use, which is fantastic since you are so close to the lakefront and the river. The value of the room is definitely the location. Unfortunately, if you are allergic to animals, this is not the hotel to stay in. We had to cut our anniversary weekend short due to an allergy and asthma flareup. We asked if we could be moved to a floor that had never had animals on...
