“The rooms had not been cleaned properly. A really awful disgusting smells from outside is in the hotel and bedrooms. it comes from a sewage lake close by. To compensate they put on a extremely heavy air freshener that makes things worse. The hotel and staff are great but the hygiene levels are awful. They need to put in a air purification to ensure the smell does not come into the hotel. ”

“Do not believe what staff tell you?
No restaurant, breakfast option was room service only.
No hot water and was told by staff how to operate tap although staff could also not get hot water!
Taxi driver was told that the taxi had been cancelled, luckily i arrived in the lobby as the taxi driver was leaving!”
