“Check in was easy. The living room and dining area were super cozy. Got all of the equipment needed for cooking. Mountain view was great with camping table and chairs on the rooftop. The massage chair did not work so it was a shame. The rooms didn't have any chairs or tables so it’s a bit inconvenient for our bags or personal belongings. Only one of the rooms had a wardrobe, while the other one didn’t have any hooks nor hangers for our clothes. The wallpaper in the toilet had peeled off a bit. ”

“The hotel was a bit difficult to find and access at first, but once inside, it was very clean, spacious, and located in a nice area. The bed was comfortable, the staff were friendly, and breakfast was on point. However, the outdoor onsen didn’t appear very clean, so I didn’t use it. The biggest disappointment was the view of Mount Fuji. I booked this hotel expecting an unobstructed view based on the photos, but the view was restricted and not as advertised.
