Favoloso cottage sul lungomare, grande casa / cottage di quattro stagioni situato a solo 1 ora e mezza da GTA sul lago Mitchell e collegamento con il lago di Balsam senza serratura. ha una vista mozzafiato sul tramonto.
Questa è una grande spaziosa, grande vista lago, cottage 5 camere da letto tutto in un livello e ottimo per tutte le età, famiglia e amici. Ha 7 posti letto (due regine, tre doppie, due divani letto con tre bagni e due frigoriferi e centrale AC) tutte le necessità di ospitare comodamente 12 adulti. Ideale per famiglie estese o gruppi più grandi. tutta la biancheria include e cambia su ogni libro, fresca e bella pulita. fornisce WiFi gratuito illimitato.
Ampio lotto di 40 metri di profondità, buono per molte attività esterne, sera vicino al pozzo del fuoco, giochi ecc. Include dock, pozzo del fuoco, mobili da giardino, barbecue e parcheggio fino a 8 veicoli su oltre 120 metri di strada privata.
1 grande cucina completamente attrezzata. Centro di intrattenimento, Sistema audio, Camino. grande molo per le barche, a piedi negozi e ristorante. Forced Air Furnace e AC, acqua di pozzo perforata in profondità. Biblioteca nelle vicinanze, ristoranti, LCBO, ecc. We had a group of 12 (8 adults, 4 kids) stay here and we had a great weekend. There were more than enough bedrooms and bathrooms for us to be comfortable, and the open concept main area was spacious. The property is very large with a gorgeous walkout and deck towards the lake. We loved the fire pit close to the lake! We enjoyed our stay and looking forward to hopefully renting this cottage again.

We had a great stay in the cottage. Richard was very helpful to walk us through the details and was responsive throughout. We really liked the place, it was cozy, clean - the outside propane fireplace was really good place to hangout. We were able to do some light fireworks beside the water area on new year's eve. Would very much like to explore this place again in summer time to use the kayaks, boats and bicycles provided with the cottage.

Less private then we anticipated, but great time. Nice docks chairs, decks to hang out. Kayaks were great. paddle boat wasn't working to the disappointment of some of our group. Bicycles were nice to have as well.

Very nice location that’s suitable for families or friends! The canoes and kayaks were an excellent addition, and exploring the lake was a fun way to spend the days we were there.

We had a great time at this property. The outdoor space is exceptional - plenty of space for large groups and the swing set and flat lawn was perfect for young kids. We enjoyed fishing, canoeing, biking and hanging by the 2 docks and gazebo. Unfortunately the paddle boat was broken but Richard was prompt to assess the issue and order replacement parts. Indoors, we found the kitchen, bedrooms and bathrooms clean. The beds, pillows and linens were comfortable. One of the sofa beds do not pull out but this wasn't an issue for us as the couches were comfortable. Overall we enjoyed our stay and are looking forward to returning next year.

Getting information about the facility, directions and checking through Vbro was frustrating and unduly complicated by their security issues. When finally able to communicate with the host, things improved and he was very helpful. Property itself was as advertised; house was well equipped and very comfortable. Amenities such as the barbecues, lawn furniture, and watercraft were plentiful and readily available. The grounds were extensive, well maintained and in our estimation, the best feature. The view out on the lake was beautiful and the calling of the loons was awesome. The only real disappointment was that the lake had a mucky bottom and was totally congested with weeds, making swimming almost impossible, especially for small children. Otherwise, our holiday was very enjoyable.

Great place to get away and unwind. Great location and close enough to Fenelon Falls and Lyndsay for shopping. Beautiful waterfront and enough trees for shade. Enough room to sleep 9 adventures seniors.

This cottage was all that we expected and a bit more. The listing is very accurate. The owner was quick to respond to our texts when we had questions. We were a group of 7 adults and 3 children (4 generations) and it met all of our needs. We would love to return.

The cottage was absolutely beautiful and exactly how it shows in the pictures. The property was well maintained and was extremely clean when we arrived. The host was fantastic and cared to any question or concern that i had prior to our stay and for the whole weekend he were there incase I needed him. Overall 10/10 stay and we look forward to going back in the future!

We had a fantastic stay at Richard's property. The cottage was well-stocked with essentials and we had a very comfortable stay. The cottage itself is cozy, but the real showstopper is the backyard. There's a covered electric firepit, as well as an unconvered firepit by the water. There are kayaks, canoes and a paddle boat available for use. The dock is a great place to watch the sunset as well. Will definitely return! The karaoke machine was a personal highlight!

Two families with adult kids shared the cottage over Thanksgiving weekend. We enjoyed it immensely. The cottage was close to hiking trails and trail riding by horseback . The kayaks, bicycles and firepit were well used. The host responded to questions quickly. Highly recommend.

The property was wonderful. Lots of room inside with 5 bedrooms. Park, bikes, canoe, kayaks, paddleboat....perfect. Only downside was we did not swim in the lake as it was extremely swampy. Beach iwith a great Park in Fenlon Falls about 20 min drive away.

We had an amazing time with our extended family here. Fits 10 easily. We had plenty of non motorized water sports to use. Lots of outdoor space, two gazebos, two fire pits outside and a huge long dock to enjoy the view. Owner was very responsive and helpful throughout the booking.

My family and friends just stayed for one week at the property and had a fun time. Lots of outdoor flat space to play sports or just sit on the dock and read. The kayak and canoe were great. Many night time campfires with s’mores were enjoyed. Good bbq. The lake is very shallow with weeds, so, sadly not conducive to swimming but we had lots of fun on the boats and fishing. The owner was very helpful and accessible to answer any questions we had. Our only constructive feedback would be to consider getting a dishwasher machine and a larger dining table as it could only sit 6 comfortably. Overall it was a lovely summer retreat.

We really enjoyed our stay. The cottage has a lot of great amenities to offer. Our kids really enjoy the playground. I will recommend this place to anyone in a heart beat. And will look forward in booking this place again in the future. The only one small recommendation which is not a big deal is to include carpets in the washroom so the floor doesn’t get wet after a shower.
