Stunning sunrise and moon views from livingroom, two of the three bedrooms, two decks, and 50' dock. Peaceful dead-end forested road with cottages only on lake side, and trails beyond dead-end. Sleeps up to six. 3 bedrooms, each with a queen-sized bed. 16'x16' deck with lake view off livingroom, lower deck 8x16. Coboconk, Minden, Fenelon Falls, Lindsay, Kinmount, Haliburton, Bobcaygeon all within 10-35 minutes drive.
The space:
3 entrances/exits, large rooms and windows. All flooring and windows new in past six years (maple in living/bath, wall-to-wall carpeted bedrooms, fully insulated, with wood-burning fireplace and electric baseboard heating.
Guest access
Entire property except one inside storage room which is locked. There is a hot tub on the property which is not available. Garage available for bicycles or RV.
