“Die unterkunft ist hervorragend, sei es für kinder im krabbel alter bis hin zu Erwachsene . Zimmer werden jeden tag sauber gemacht und das erstaunliche war das immer vom haus jemand abends kam und die betten fürs schlafen gehen noch einmal frisch bezogen hat. Das Personal war immer hilfsbereit und immer nachgefragt ob es wünsche gibt. Schlecht war für uns das pool Wasser das 26 Grad ist für ein baby ungünstig leider aber trotzdem werden wir nächstes Jahr wieder buchen das selbe Hotel nOch...

“Wir haben dieses Hotel nun bereits zum zweiten Mal in Folge besucht und waren erneut sehr zufrieden. Die Lage des Hotels ist wirklich hervorragend. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir die Mitarbeiter, die zu jeder Zeit freundlich, höflich und hilfsbereit waren. Man fühlt sich als Gast jederzeit willkommen und gut betreut. Auch die Zimmer haben uns überzeugt: Sie sind groß, geräumig und sehr sauber. Insgesamt bietet das Hotel ein angenehmes Ambiente und einen hohen Komfort.”

“The property is outdated and requires refurbishment. Room provided at first had drainage issue with outside light not working. That makes it hazards in dark corner of the property. Second room was good enough but again stairs to room were sloppy making it hazards. We were offered upgrade to room where air conditioning wasn't working properly and noone attended to complaint. The staff are pretty much aware of issues with property especially rooms but not bothered about it especially for...

“Grande resort in un meraviglioso parco sulla bella spiaggia di Belek.Tutto molto curato,ottima ristorazione,buona l’animazione anche se internazionale,a mio avviso da rinfrescare le camere con colori più moderni.Lo staff tutti molto gentili .Unico neo la maleducazione di parecchi ospiti , non si mettono i piedi sui tavolini della lobby e non ci si sdraia sui divani.Buono il rapporto qualita’ prezzo.”

Del personal hay algunos que son muy amables y simpáticos ,otros no tanto .La comida poco variada Destacar que en 5 días que estuve, no se limpió mi habitación ,solo vaciaron las papeleras , pero el suelo y cambio de toallas,no fue hecho .Quizás por ello me pillé una gastroenteritis. Si vas en busca de silencio y tranquilidad , este no es un buen hotel para ello.”
