Case in affitto a Kaysville

“Lovely historical home. We enjoyed all the interesting things and explanations they had around the house.”

“From the moment we arrived until the moment we checked out it was a flawless experience. The property is amazing, and right next to Lagoon amusement park. Easy access, and the hot tub sealed the deal. I will recommend this location to anyone!”

“We had to make an unexpected trip to the West Point, UT, area and needed to quickly find a place to stay for several days. Luckily this unit was available for a great price, and we were quite pleased with it. The unit looked freshly updated and it was clean. We loved that there was a bedroom on the main level and a bathroom with a walk-in shower, perfect for my husband. The labels on the kitchen cabinets and drawers were a nice touch! It was also nice having 2 parking spots available per...

“Great stay for us!”

“If you are going to the Salt Lake/Layton area, this is so ideal. Very cute, safe neighborhood, surrounded by majestic views with 2 different balconies. We chose the back bedroom with the balcony and view of the mountains. It was clean and fully updated. Even the towels were soft! The bed was comfortable and had very nice bedding. It was a nice size and a TV in each room. I am definitely hoping this place is available on my next visit to the area.”

“This was one of the cleanest and nicest places we've ever stayed at. Well stocked, very comfortable and we had absolutely everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The home is set up to have a large group and not feel crowded with the two separate living room areas. Also, the host Laura was very responsive and took great care of us. I would recommend staying here!”

“A cozy and unique house that we really enjoyed. Stayed while visiting the local theme park. The basement is fully self-sustaining as well, with its own entrance and own kitchen which was really nice”

“Shawn was amazing any questions was answered promptly and the house was the perfect place for a large group”

“Nice property, would use it again in the future.”

“This location was perfect for our needs, with easy access right off I-15. The beds were very comfortable, and the bedding was soft and comfortable. Communication with the host was excellent, and both the check-in and check-out processes were seamless. We also loved the ample seating in the family room, which made it a comfortable space for everyone to relax together. Overall, we had a wonderful stay.”

“Host was extra communicative. Quiet unit with everything!”

“Nice family friendly place to stay.”

“Great experience!”

“Quite a bit of garbage around. And the listing said two king beds when there was only one. It also said bunkbeds and there weren’t. So three less beds than expected. But owner was very helpful and nice.”

“The unit was very comfortable and quite spacious. Nice having 2 restrooms with a one bedroom unit. Kitchen well stocked. Limed having a garage - though our full size truck did not fit in it- we were able to store our bikes overnight. Parking is right in front of unit across street and the walk way on the side of the unit was convenient getting back to the garage entry. Would definitely stay again.”

“Great place, nice furnishings, great kitchen. Commication was easy and quick”

“Clean, well equipped, comfortable.”
